大学生创业教育的实施与高校管理变革
摘要
实施大学生创业教育是知识经济时代对高等教育的要求，是高等教育走向大众化时走出困境的必然选择，也是对当前我国大学生创业进行反思的结果。大学生创业教育的实施不仅需要教育教学的变革，更重要的是高校管理的各个方面应快速做出调整，适应并促进创业教育的开展。本文首先探讨了大学生创业教育的培养目标，然后围绕其培养目标从高校管理的三个主要方面：教学管理、学生管理以及校风建设着手，分析其中不利于创业教育实施的因素，并针对问题提出变革的措施。文章最后总结了高校管理变革与大学生创业教育实施之间的关系。
Implementing undergraduate enterprise education is the requirement for higher education in the era of knowledge economy, is the causal choice of walking out the plight when higher education makes for the popularity, and is also the result of reflecting that the undergraduates initiate an enterprise at present in our nation. The implementation of undergraduate enterprise education demands not only the reform of education and instruction, but also the rapid adjustment of each aspect of higher academies in order
to adapt and promote it. The thesis discussed the training aim of undergraduate enterprise education firstly, and then surrounded it, commencing with three main aspects: instruction management undergraduate management and campus culture construction, analyzed the factors that acted against the implementation of enterprise education in these aspects , and put forward the measures aiming at the problems. In the end, this thesis sum up the relationship between the reform of management of higher academies and the implementation of undergraduate enterprise education.
