交流传动电力机车整体承重散热器换热技术研究

摘要
牵引变压器和变流器是交流传动电力机车的核心部件,其电气元件在工作中会产生热损耗,引起电气元件温度上升,如果温度超出电气元件所能承受的温度,可能会令电气元件产生绝缘失效、着火等危险,所以必须采用冷却系统将牵引变压器和变流器工作时产生的热量带走,从而保证牵引变压器、变流器正常工作,保证机车安全运行。
     变压器散热器和变流器散热器是该冷却系统的关键部件,随着交流传动电力机车的发展,变压器和变流器冷却技术不断向前发展,先后出现了多种形式的散热器结构,整体承重散热器是一种国际新型的变压器与变流器散热器结构形式。本文通过对变压器和变流器冷却系统中整体承重散热器结构及传热分析、设计技术、工艺研究和试验研究,特别是对整体承重散热器的换热能力、流体压力损失特性、工艺可行性及产品可靠性(包括提高振动量级的模拟长寿命振动冲击试验、脉冲压力试验和释放压力试验等)的研究,积累了大量的设计及试验基础数据,对相关产品的设计开发产生了重要的推动作用,掌握整体承重散热器换热技术的原理及该型产品的通用设计方法,研制出符合机车冷却要求的整体承重散热器,使国产电力机车冷却技术达到国际一流水平,提高国内机车车辆关键部件的技术水平。
Traction transformer and traction converter are the key components of AC drive electric locomotive and wirings in them will bring heat dissipation during operating.Danger such as ageing of insulation and firing will appear in wirings if the temperature of wirings rises beyond what it can bear.Suit cooling system must be adopted to take the heat away during traction transformation and traction converter operating,so that traction transformer and traction converter could work normally and the train could operate safely.
     Traction transformer and traction converter are the key parts of cooling system.Flowing the development of AC drive electric locomotive and cooling technology of traction transformer and traction converter develops forward also,It appears more kinds of cooler structures and the whole bearing radiator is a new type of traction transformer and traction converter.We accumulate a lot of basic data of design and test during research of radiator structure,heat transfer analyzation,design technology,process and test research for the whole bearing radiator,especially the research of heat transfer ability, fluid pressure loss characteristic,press Feasibility and products reliability(including Simulated long life test at increased random vibration levels,pulse pressure test, release pressure etc.) and all the research will given a great push for radiator developing.we master the heat transfer technology principle of the whole bearing radiator and current design method of this kind of radiator.The whole bearing radiator technology will lead cooling technology of local e-loco to international top-grade level and raise the technology level of local locomotive key parts.
