基于协同发展的物流金融盈利模式研究

摘要
摘要:物流业与金融业的协同发展是经济环境变化的必然产物,是国民经济提升的内在需求,也是物流业与金融业发展的必然要求。随着信息技术的进步,新商业文明时代逐步展开,物流金融与电子商务融合显现。宏观经济前高后低但整理体稳定,物流企业和金融机构都在积极地推进物流金融的协同发展。
     在这种背景下,对物流金融协同发展的盈利模式进行深入研究,提出可行的运作模式和相应的对策建议,具有十分重要的理论价值和现实意义。本研究的目的在于,界定和研究物流企业参与物流金融协同发展的盈利模式,以期为物流企业构建起系统化的盈利模式提供理论和实践的重要支撑。通过明确客户和产品选取,实现利润转化,加强风险管理,并将企业要素与物流金融价值创造相一致,形成物流企业核心竞争力,从而带来持续稳定的盈利能力。本研究为深化物流金融协同发展,提高物流企业利润率,分析研究了适应行业发展的盈利模式。
     论文研究共分为三个部分。
     (1)对物流金融协同发展的现状进行了深入分析,并对国内外有关物流金融的研究进行了综述和比较。本文综合运用了协同学、博弈论、金融工程理论和比较管理学理论,阐释了物流金融协同发展的必要性。对基于协同学的物流与金融协同发展的目标效应进行了研究。同时引入物流资源整合理论、结构融资理论、交易成本理论、委托代理理论、产业关联理论和价值链管理等理论,奠定了构建和完善物流金融协同发展盈利模式的理论基础。
     (2)在价值链分析的基础上,对物流金融协同发展盈利模式的要素和内涵进行界定,指出了其构建目标、模式特征及基本属性。为了指导物流企业在物流金融协同发展过程中,取得持续稳定的利润流,本文将物流金融协同发展的盈利模式划分为参与方、运作模式、价值获取、风险控制和保障措施五个层次,并分别进行深入分析:在物流金融协同发展盈利模式中,物流企业居于主体地位,与金融机构形成密切的协同关系,以中小融资企业为利润对象,提供满足其需求的物流、资金流和信息流集成服务;根据客户需求和融资方式不同,将作为利润点的物流金融业务模式划分为三类,并对其规范化、便捷化的运作流程进行了深入分析;通过价值链和博弈分析,明确了物流金融协同发展对物流企业的价值杠杆作用,完善了物流金融协同发展机制和利润分成模式,促使物流金融利润转化的实现;构建了风险管理体系的利润屏障,确保物流金融业务顺利开展;指明了物流企业形成核心竞争力的保障措施,促使物流企业不断提升其盈利能力。
     (3)构建了物流金融协同发展盈利模式绩效评价模型,从主体作用、产品竞争力、价值获取、风险管理和保障措施五个方面进行定量分析,结合基于灰色关联度的TOPSIS优选法的模型特征,对中储物流、怡亚通和中邮速递物流进行了实证分析。通过定性与定量相结合的方法,明确测评对象的优势与问题,并为完善其物流金融协同发展盈利模式提出了具有针对性的对策建议。
     论文研究的主要创新点在于:
     (1)界定并构建了物流金融协同发展盈利模式及其模型
     (2)通过对物流金融协同发展盈利模式的价值获取研究,构建了物流企业与金融机构的合约选择及利润分配机制。
     (3)通过对物流金融协同发展盈利模式的保障机制研究,指明了物流企业形成物流金融核心竞争优势的措施与方法。
     (4)通过对物流金融协同发展盈利模式的系统性研究,构建了物流金融盈利模式的绩效评价体系。
The cooperation development of Logistics and Financial industry is the inevitable result of the changing economic environment, is the internal demand for the development of national economy, and is the consequentially requirement for the development of Logistics and Financial industry. With the development of information technology, the new period of commercial civilization comes out, the integration of Logistics-Finance and E-commerce appeared. Macroeconomic grows from high to low, but finishing stability, logistics companies and financial institutions are both actively promoting the development of logistics and financial synergies.
     Against this background, it has important theoretical and practical significance to do comparative analysis of Profit mode of logistics financial synergies, and to propose feasible operation mode and corresponding policy recommendations. The purpose of this study is that the definition and research profit model for logistics enterprises in Logistics-Finance cooperation development, in order to provide an important theory and practice support to build up systematic profit model for logistics enterprises. By identifying the customer and product selection, profit conversion, enhanced risk management and corporate elements consistent with the Logistics-Financial value creation, to format the core competitiveness of logistics enterprises and generate steady profitability. This study sketched out the universal profit model to deepen the Logistics-Finance cooperation development, and increase profit of logistics enterprises.
     This thesis is divided into three parts.
     (1) The present situation of Logistics-Finance cooperative development is deeply studied and summarized and compared the related domestic and foreign research. This paper mainly used the Synergetic, game theory and financial engineering theory to explain the necessary for cooperation development of the logistics and financial. While, logistics resource integration theory, structured finance theory, transaction cost theory, principal-agent theory, industry association theory and value chain theory, are the theoretical basis of logistics and financial cooperation development model selection and development policy recommendations.
     (2) On the basis of the value chain analysis, this article defined logistics the elements and content of Logistics-Finance cooperation development profit model, and pointed out the construction goal, model characteristics and basic properties. In order to guide logistics enterprise get continued stable profit flow in Logistics-Financial cooperation development process, this article divided Logistics-Financial cooperation development profit mode into five level, including cooperation partners, products mode, value capture, risk management and safeguard actions, and respectively depth analysis:Logistics-Financial cooperation development profit mode, logistics enterprise play main roles, financial institutions is cooperation parties, and small financing Enterprise is profit object, to whom provided with logistics, funds and information integrated service; according to the difference of customer demand and financing way, the profit points of Logistics-Financial profit mode are divided into three classes, and standard and convenient operation process has been depth analysis; through value chain and game analysis, value lever role of Logistics-Financial cooperation development to logistics enterprise has been cleared, and perfect the Logistics-Financial cooperation development mechanism and profit sharing mode; built a risk management profit barrier to ensure Logistics-Financial smoothly carry out; proposed safeguards actions to form the core competitiveness of logistics enterprises, to increase its continue profitability.
     (3) Performance evaluation system of profit model for Logistics-Financial cooperation development is built, from the main role, products competitiveness, value capture, risk management and safeguards actions five aspects to do quantitative analysis, combined with TOPSIS method based on Grey Relational Analysis, and do empirical analysis of CMST, Eternal Asia and China Post Express Logistics. Through a combination of qualitative and quantitative analysis, cleared the advantages and problems of the measurement object, and proposed suggestions to improve its Logistics-Financial cooperation development profit model.
     Main innovations of paper are:
     (1) Defined and constructed the Profit Model for Logistics-Financial Cooperation Development.
     (2) Through value capture study of Logistics-Financial cooperation development profit model, this article constructed the contractual choice and profit allocation mechanism for of logistics enterprises and financial institutions.
     (3) Through safeguard actions study of Logistics-Financial cooperation development profit model, this article proposed the actions and method to format core competitive advantage for logistics enterprises.
     (4) Through systematic study of Logistics-Financial cooperation development profit model, this article constructional performance evaluation system for Logistics-Financial cooperation development profit model.
