企业组织结构创新实施过程的研究

摘要
1997年诺贝尔经济学奖金获得者西蒙曾经说过“有效地开发社会资源的第一个条件是有效的组织结构”,可以从中看出组织结构的重要性,组织结构也是组织理论家和实践者们一直研究和思考的基本对象。而良好的组织结构是企业建立持久性竞争优势的一个重要环节。符合企业发展特点的组织结构能够推动企业发展,提高企业的竞争力;相反,会阻碍企业发展。
     随着21世纪的到来,信息技术正逐渐渗透到组织设计、组织流程、战略和组织与外部环境的关系中,使得组织内部的操作与整个组织的运行机制以及组织的外部环境发生了剧烈的改变。因而,企业的组织结构适应内外部环境的能力受到了来自企业内外部环境的极大挑战。传统组织结构模式在适应新环境变化过程中暴露出很多的缺陷。因此,对企业组织结构创新进行更深入地研究,将对新时期企业的生存和发展起到极大的促进作用。
     本着上述的原则和目标,本文首先阐述了国内外研究现状和本文的研究方法。其次,分析了我国企业组织结构创新的动因、阻力、影响因素。然后,建立了企业组织结构创新实施过程模型和企业组织结构有效性的评价体系,提出了企业组织结构创新实施过程应注意的问题。最后,是对A公司组织结构创新的案例进行实证分析。
In 1997, the Nobel Prize winner Simon once said " that the first condition of developing effectively social resources is to establish effectively organization structure”. So it can recognize that the importance of organization structure. Something is important that organization structure are always the basic objects of researching and thinking by organization theorists and practitioners. Again good organizational structure is an important link for establishment permanence competitive advantages of enterprises.A organization structure in accordance with the enterprise characteristics will promote the development of enterprise and enhance the competitiveness of enterprises. Otherwise, the organization structure will hinder the development of the enterprise.
     With the arrival of 21st century, information technology is used widely in the organization design, organization flow, strategy and the relationship between organization and the external environment , which produce great changes in the internal operation of organization, the mechanism of organization operation and the external environment of organization.The ability of enterprise organization structure adapt to the environment will face big challenges from the internal and external environment. The process of adapting to the new environment changes, the mode of traditional organizational structure have exposed many defects. Therefore, studying the innovation of enterprise organization structure in depth will have trenmendous impacts on the survival and development of enterprises in the new period.
     Based on the above principle and target, this dissertation first expounds the research present situation of home and abroad and the research methods. Secondly, this dissertation analyses the causes,resistance, influence factors of the innovation of organizational structure. Thirdly, it sets up the process model of innovation of enterprise organization structure,the evaluation system of effectiveness of enterprise organization structure innovation, and puts forward the problems of the implementation process of innovation of enterprise organization structure, which should be paid attention. Finally, it analyze the case about A company in innovation of organization structure.
