龙塘山三号大桥抗滑墩施工技术研究

摘要
抗滑墩整治滑坡——其设计和施工在我国铁路建设历史上尚属首例,地质复杂,施工难度大。设计方案的可行性、可靠度、滑坡整治的效果以及施工技术的研究,具有极其重要的实际意义和潜在的巨大经济效益。
     本文作为铁道部工程总公司内昆线的科研项目“龙塘山3#大桥抗滑墩施工技术研究”的一部分,以DK286滑坡为例,在现场调查的基础上,通过对影响滑坡稳定的各地质环境因素、变形机理的分析。采取竖井开挖工艺以及钢筋混凝土护壁和钢支撑组合支护手段,双滑道机械提升出碴,弱爆破配合开挖等施工方法;分析爆破震动对滑坡、滑坡体上建筑物以及竖井施工的影响;对竖井开挖支护、抗滑墩混凝土灌注、架梁以及动荷载作用下的抗滑墩进行定期的应力应变监测;抗滑墩大体积混凝土温度进行控制监测。本文通过对大量的监测数据进行分析、总结,得出龙塘山3#大桥抗滑墩深基础的施工技术是科学合理、安全可靠的;监测成果很好地验证了DK286滑坡的整治效果,验证了设计方案的可行性。
The coast disease site lies in a great stack of rock in Nei-Kun railway; geologic condition is very complicated. There geologic configuration is complex and condition is bad, the underground water is abundance, with stress water. There are many single stones with stiff foundation in coast body; therefore, construction is very difficult. In text, the construction technique and measure of skidproof frusta foundation frusta in piles of body are expatiated mostly, which is a part of scientific research item on Nei-Kun Line of the Railway Department General Engineering Co.The item is a construction technique research of skidproof frusta foundation frusta in LongTang mountain that is the coast disease site. In construction of skidproof frusta foundation frusta, according to different depth and geology, excavating project is modified in time, changing with geologic condition, it is successful to go through two layer of slipping surface in -11 to -25 meter, by analyzing the modificatory design project and supplement geologic reconnaissance data by Designation Department and geology circumstance and slipping distortion. It is ensured that are security and quality and the time limit for a project. The overall process of construction and putting up beam and transportation are supervised by observation station set up in coast body, the dosage of loading powder up is controlled, the speed of exploding and concussing is detected and the influence in building all round is surprised, at the same time, the breast wall of upright well is surprised in convergence security, the temperature of great body concrete of skidproof frusta foundation frusta is measured. It is validated by much data that the construction technique is scientific and reasonable and safe and dependable in skidproof frusta foundation frusta deep foundation of 3# bridge in LongTang Mountain, and that the disposal effect is all right in DK286 coast disease site.
