吉化助剂厂管理信息系统的评价与扩充

摘要
本论文围绕计算机在企业管理中应用这一领域，为改善我国目前一些国有大中型企业管理信息系统(MIS)开发成功率低的现状，对一个中型企业(吉化助剂厂)的MIS开发与应用过程进行了实证研究。通过对该系统一期工程的开发过程和应用绩效的全面分析，发现了原系统功能、系统应用等方面的缺陷，总结出了管理和人员等方面大量的产生这些缺陷的非技术方面的原因，并针对系统存在的问题，提出了该系统在二期工程中应该增补的功能模块，设计了系统平台，论证了用结构化方法对该系统进行扩充的实施策略，为确保系统成功，制定了在组织管理上必须首先提高领导的重视和参与程度；然后建立一支名副其实的领导小组和精干的开发队伍；建立激励机制和监督机制等措施。同时，还制定了在人员培训、开发方式等其他方面所应采取的措施。
研究表明，要加快企业信息化的进程，不仅要重视计算机科学和信息技术，更应重视组织与管理上的诸多非技术因素。
This thesis conducted a substantial and practical study on the development and application of Management Information System (MIS) in the medium-sized enterprises (Jilin Chemical Detergent Factory) based on the computer's application in the enterprise management so as to improve present lower status of successful development of MIS in the State-owned large and medium sized enterprises in the country. Through overall analysis of development progress and application result of the first stage project of MIS, the defects existing in the function and application of original system were found and furthermore, the defects caused by non-technical factors resulting from management and personnel were also concluded. For this regard, it puts forward that the functional modules shall be installed in the second stage project and the system platform was designed. It proved the practical strategy for supplementing MIS by using structrualized method. In order to ensure MIS successful, it is necessary

ore importance to the management and take part in deeply, and then organizing a leading team worthy of its name and keenwitted and capable development team, and setting up the mechanism of awarding and superintending etc. In addition, it worked out other measures to be adopted in the personal training and development.
The study shows acceleration of programming on making enterprises informationlized lies on not only paying attention to computer science and information technology but also attaching importance to the non-technical factors such as management and administration.
