开滦矿区冲击地压显现规律与防治研究

摘要
开滦矿区冲击地压显现规律的研究是该矿区煤矿安全开采和灾害防治的重要课题,本文以开滦矿区赵各庄矿、唐山矿等为基地,通过多次现场调研,得出开滦矿区冲击地压现象常伴有瓦斯异常涌出现象,冲击地压发生前,巷道底臌严重,作为底板的煤层参与冲击并影响冲击地压动压现象的强度,构造因素与冲击动压现象发生率具有较好的规律性。实验室内岩石力学试验和冲击倾向性鉴定得出煤层冲击倾向性的3个指标全部达到强冲击倾向性范围的较多,而采深已达1000m,属深部开采范畴,在高地应力作用下,此煤层冲击倾向性应极为强烈。结合理论分析和数值模拟来研究开滦矿区深部开采所面临的关键技术问题,确定了开滦矿区典型冲击倾向型工作面回采过程中矿山压力分布和能量积聚释放规律与采深、煤层厚度、构造应力间的关系,揭示了周期来压时工作面前方能量释放的激增机制。本文着重阐述开滦矿区冲击地压的防治技术,运用超前卸压孔等技术,突出解决了赵各庄矿2237E工作面冲击地压的主要问题,并在实验和数值计算的基础上,提出来一系列针对开滦矿区的防冲措施。本文的研究将为开滦矿区煤层开采过程中的冲击地压防治提供理论依据与技术保障,其研究成果具有科学意义和工程指导价值。
Based on the investigation on geology condition of Kailuan coal mine, the study on the appearance law of rock burst in Kailuan coal mine area is an important issue on safe mining and disaster prevention in this area. Due to the field survey on Zhaogezhuang coal mine and Tangshan coal mine of Kailuan coal mine area, this paper dealt with the law that the appearance of rock burst was always accompanied with abnormal gas emission. The tectonic factors were regular with the incidence of the dynamic pressure appearance. According to the Laboratory rock mechanics testing and identification of bump proneness, the12th coal seam in Kailuan coal mine was strong bump proneness coal strata. The three indicators that determine the bump proneness of coal seam were mostly involved in the scope of strong bump proneness. The mining depth was already1000m which means it belonged to the deep mining. This seam had trong bump proneness under high ground stress. The crucial technical problems faced by Kailuan coal mine area in deep mining were researched with theoretical analysis and numerical simulations and the relationship between mining pressure distribution, the law of energy accumulation and relief, the depth of coal seam and tectonic stress during the mining of a typical bump prone working face were determined in Kailuan coal mine area. The increasing mechanism of energy relief in the front of the working face was revealed when the period came. This paper focused on the control techniques of rock burst in Kailuan coal mine area and used the techniques such as drilling advance boreholes to solve the problem of rock burst in the2337E working face of Zhaogezhuang coal mine. Based on the experiments and numerical calculations, a series of measures were proposed to prevent the rock bursts. This paper provided the theoretical basis and technique support to prevent rock burst during coal seam mining in Kailuan coal mine area, and the results were with scientific significance and values of engineering guidance.
