现代农业企业机器选型配套系统的开发与研究

摘要
机器的选型配套是农业机械化事业中一个至关重要的环节,正确地选型与合理地配套,不仅可以满足生产、增加产出,而且可以节约成本,降低费用。如何有效地实现最佳配套,科学决策,以先进适用的机器选型配套系统来促进农业企业的现代化成为当前急需解决的难题。本文在充分认识当前农业企业内部机器选型配套工作的盲目性和无序性及其不良后果的基础上,研究了当前国内外农机选型配套的思想和方法。开发了一种以满足周年生产各环节农艺要求为目的,建立最优机器作业系统,并对其进行技术经济分析和评价,能较大程度上满足用户要求和方便用户使用的机器选型配套软件。
     本课题采用Visual C++6.0与Access开发基于Windows98操作平台的应用系统。其中,Visual C++6.0主要完成主应用程序、数据交换接口部分;Access主要用于系统数据库的构建与维护;数值计算采用Matlab,并利用Matlab提供的接口,通过VC进行连接。在软件的开发过程中,以系统的可移植性、可扩充性、使用的方便性和普适性为目标,方便农业企业决策者管理、选用、分析和评估,从而作出更好的决策,并可为农机具研究、设计、制造单位提供相应指导和咨询建议。在配套方法上,系统采用工作量法,并结合系统技术路线和方便计算机编程开发等要求,对传统的工作量法进行适当改进,提出适合于本系统要求的模型。在配套过程中,为方便用户使用,系统提供向导及自动配套合理性检验功能。方案的选取不仅要满足农艺技术与作业量的要求,而且经济上也要合理,为了方便用户决策,系统建立了相应的评价指标体系,并根据农业生产特点,提出农机投资贡献率的测算模型和综合机械化水平计算模型。本系统最终可为用户输出各方案的配套清单,用户可根据自身的实际情况进行决策选取。
     最后,利用本系统对龙感湖农场进行棉麦套作的机器选型配套工作,其配套方案结果具有一定的科学性和可行性,说明本课题的研究对农业企业机器选型配套工作具有一定的理论意义和实用价值。
The selecting and outfitting of machine is the most important link in agricultural mechanized undertaking. Correct selection and rational outfit can not only to suffice farm production and increase output, but also to save cost and decrease fee. So it becomes in up want of problem that using advance system of selecting and outfitting of machine to put into execution of modernization in agricultural enterprise and how to fulfill optimal outfit in effect and scientific decision-making. Based on adequately acknowledge the cecity and randomness of selecting and outfitting of machine in agricultural enterprise today, it referees the advanced thought and method of selecting and outfitting of machine in home and overseas. It aims to develop the software to satisfy the aim of yearly demands in each product links, and to set up the optimal system of machinery treatment, and to analyze and evaluate to satisfy the users' demands.
    The issues adopts Visual C++6.0 and Access to develop application system based on Windows98. Using Visual C++6.0 develop the main application program and data exchanging interface, Using Access develop the database and database management system, numerical evaluation use Matlab, and using the interface which is presented by Matlab to link with VC.
    It uses the transplantation, extrapolation, convince in use and applicability as premise to facilitate management, selection, analyze, evaluation for decision-maker to make the best decision, and it present instruction and consultation for research, design and manufactrual unit of agricultural machine.
    The system adopts workload method as outfitting method and conjoins the require of the system technology route and convenience for computer program, it mends the traditional workload method, and puts forward model compatible for the system. At the course of outfitting, the
    
    
    system provides functions of wizard and auto outfitting rationality test for the users' convenience.
    The selection of scheme must not only suffice the demands of agriculture and product, but also to be equitable in economy. The system builds the system of appraise target in corresponding for the convenience of users' decision-making, and sets up cypher model of agricultural machine investment devoting rate which is on the basis of traits of agricultural product. The system can export outfitting listing of each scheme for the users, and users can select and decide on the ground of the actual situation.
    In the end use the system to select and outfit for Longganhu Farm, the result of outfitting scheme has certain science and feasibility which enunciates that the research of the system has certain purport in theory and practice.
