XH耐材项目设计管理案例研究
摘要
设计是工程建设的灵魂,设计管理是工程建设各个环节的纽带,也是工程公司的工作中心和首要任务。在EPC总承包模式的项目中,设计管理同样处于整个项目工作的核心地位,对项目质量、工期和成本管理等有着最重要的和最直接的影响。加强设计管理的研究,对提高工程建设的管理水平、提高项目的经济效益和社会效益具有十分重要的意义。
ACRE作为国内焦化耐火行业的老大,为创建“一流的国际化工程公司”,在开展以设计为龙头的总承包业务过程中,更加重视设计的主导作用,不断提升企业的设计管理水平。随着市场经济全球的发展,ACRE以各种形式与国内国外的公司展开合作,共同承揽项目。
本文研究对象是ACRE承揽的XH耐材项目的设计管理案例,采用的方法是案例研究。首先,阐述了与设计及设计管理相关的理论知识；其次,介绍ACRE设计管理现状和XH耐材项目及其发生的问题；再次,结合自己的设计心得和管理实践,分析案例产生问题的原因；最后,以案例为基础,为ACRE现行的设计管理提出一些改进措施,为企业未来承揽类似工程提供设计管理的经验,以期为同类勘察设计单位或工程公司的设计管理工作起到一定的借鉴作用。
Design is the key element of the whole engineering construction process. Design management serves as a bond to connect all the engineering construction processes and therefore is the most important part for an engineering corporation. In the EPC-mode engineering general contracting project, design management is still in the core position of the whole project and thus has the most important and direct influence on project quality, completion time and cost management. To enhance the study on design management is of great significance for the improvements of engineering construction management level as well as the economic and social benefits of projects.
ACRE, renowned as the best coking and refractory engineering corporation nationwide, is on the track of developing into a large-scale top-ranking international engineering corporation and has been actively engaging in improving the design management level in the course of design-oriented engineering general contracting projects. With the development of global market economy, ACRE is cooperating with the companies home and abroad in various ways to take on projects together.
In this paper, we carry out a case study and take the design management of XH refractory project contracted by ACRE as an example. In the first place, we elaborate on the relative theoretical knowledge about design and design management. Secondly, we introduce the current status of ACRE'S design management and point out problems we encountered in XH refractory project. Further, we analyze the reasons leading to these problems according to the previous experiences and lessons we learned in practice. Finally, based on the study case, we suggest a series of improving methods for ACRE's design management and hope that, on one hand, these recommendations can serve as advices for ACRE in undertaking similar projects in the future; on the other hand, these recommendations are helpful for the same type of survey and design companies as ACRE in their design management developments.
