弧面凸轮三维CAD及其修形研究

摘要
弧面凸轮机构既可用作精确的高速间歇分度机构,也可用作
    高效、大扭矩的减速装置,目前已广泛应用在烟草机械、包装机械、
    加工中心换刀机械手等各种自动机械中,是一种很有发展前途和
    应用前景的高速凸轮机构。
    弧面凸轮机构是由美国人C.N.Neklutin于二十世纪二十年
    代发明的。前苏联、英国、匈牙利、瑞士、日本等国也相继对弧
    面凸轮机构进行了研究,并成立有专门的生产厂家和研究机构。
    我国对弧面凸轮机构的研究起步较晚,直到70年代末期才开始相
    关的研究工作,已在弧面凸轮的设计、检测、制造等方面取得了
    丰硕的成果,特别是对新型结构的弧面凸轮进行了大量的探索。
    本文从运动几何学、结构设计、动力学、制造和检测等方面
    对国内外弧面凸轮机构的研究进展进行了全面综述,详细论述了
    高速凸轮机构的运动规律和弧面凸轮机构基本尺寸的确定,基于
    空间曲面共轭啮合原理,通过齐次变换推导了外弧面凸轮的曲面
    方程和压力角方程,并提出了对应的廓面修形算法;提出了内弧
    面凸轮机构的构想,推导了内弧面凸轮的曲面方程和压力角方程。
    利用UG软件的二次开发模块开发了两种不同结构的弧面凸轮的
    三维CAD软件。
The globoidal cam mechanism is a kind of high speed cam mechanism with bright future in application. It can be used as high speed intermittent indexing with great accuracy, or used as efficient large torque reducer. And now it has been applied comprehensively in many automotive machines, such as tobacco machines, packaging machines , automatic tool changers of CNC machines, and so on.
    Globoidal Cam Mechanism(GCM) was invented by C.N.Neklutin, an American in the 1920s. USSR, U.K, Hungary, Switzerland and Japan began to study it successively, and founded special academy agencies and manufactories. Though our country was late to study it, which began until the late 70s, we have acquired great progress in the design ,examine, manufacture of GCM, especially in the explore of its novel structure.
    From the aspect of geometry, structure design, manufacture and examine, this paper generally summarizes the GCM's study progress in detail, discusses its kinetic rule and the determination of its primary structure parameter, and educes its surface equation and pressure angle equation based on the homogeneous matrix transformation and the conjugate engagement theory of spatial surface. On the basis of geometry study of GCM, the paper makes a comprehensive analysis to the interference phenomenon that will possible exist in the assemble course of two different structure of GCM with the help of Matlab software. Furthermore, the paper constructs a 3D CAD software of two different structures of GCM using the redevelopment module of UG . the paper explores the inner globoidal cam, educes its profile equations and pressure angle equations, and programs its 3D CAD software applying the redevelopment module of UG too .
