单周期控制DC/DC变换器研究

摘要
单周期控制技术的基本思想是控制开关的占空比,在每个周期内强迫开关变量的平均值与控制参量相等或成比例,它能在一个开关周期内自动消除瞬态误差,前一周期的误差不会带到下一周期。单周期控制技术具有响应快、开关频率恒定、易于实现和控制电路简单等优点,是一种很有前途的控制方法。
     本文首先对电压型控制、电流型控制和单周期控制技术作了比较全面的阐述和比较,详细分析了单周期控制方式的理论、抗扰动能力和稳定性。
     本文对单周期控制DC/DC变换器的工作原理、控制策略、参数设计等问题进行了理论分析、仿真和试验研究。分析研究了单周期控制半桥DC/DC变换器的稳态工作原理,给出了单周期控制半桥式DC/DC变换器、双管正激式直流变换器型高频环节DC/AC逆变器、正反激组合式双向功率流高频环节DC/AC逆变器的PSPICE仿真波形,完成了单周期控制半桥DC/DC变换器的设计及原理试验。
One-Cycle Control technique is conceived to control the duty-ratio d of the switch in real time such that in each cycle the average value of the chopped waveform at the output diode of the switch rectifier is exactly equal or proportioned to the control reference. It can eliminate automatically instantaneous error in every one cycle and the error belonging to the former cycle can't be brought to next cycle. So such control technique overcome the defects of traditional PWM control ways and have the merits of rapid response .. invariable switch frequency, easy to realization and simple control circuit. Additional, One-Cycle Control can also optimize the response of system, reduce aberrance and restrain the disturbance of power supply.
    The thesis expounds and compares comprehensively on the modes of Voltage Control, Current Control and One-Cycle Control. The theory, disturbance-resistant and stability of One-Cycle Control are analyzed in detail.
    This thesis does the theoretical analysis, simulation and experimental research of DC/DC converter on operation principle, control strategy and parameter design . Analyzing and researching the theory of steady state and the design of key parameters of Half-bridge DC/DC converter based on One-Cycle Control. This feasibility of this scheme is verified by simulation.
