美国化学工业技术创新研究
摘要
值此进入WTO之际，我国传统工业将面临国际竞争的直接冲击，加之信息时代扑面而来，作为关系国计民生的传统工业之一的化学工业何去何从，已经成为有识之士们思考的一个紧迫问题。如何发展化学工业，使之不但能持续发展，而且还能迎合其他行业发展的新的需要，顺利的配合完成各个产业关键性的结构调整?
放眼世界，我们可以看到，21世纪的今天，世界化学工业进入了一个高度竞争的时代，技术创新能力已经取代了传统的价格竞争力，成为新世纪化学工业国际竞争力的一个全新的决定因素，为此，世界各国化工巨头纷纷加大研究开发力度，争取占领下一个化工领域技术创新的制高点。尊重科技，不断进行创新，才能保持持续不断的发展，这已经成为人们的共识。可见，我国化学工业要赶上这新一轮的发展势必要从提高化学工业的技术创新能力出发，但如何在较短的时间内获得有效的提高，就必须掌握化学工业技术创新发展的一些规律。本文选取有代表性的美国化学工业的技术创新规律做分析，从美国化学工业技术创新的发展历程入手，从中寻找规律，以兹我国化学工业所借鉴。
本文对此问题的论述分四大部分来进行：
第一章，主要是对化学工业及美国化学工业做了一个概述，目的是对化学工业有一个基本的认识。在此基础上，对美国化学工业的一些分类及特点(重在介绍技术创新方面)做了论述，从横向达到对美国化学工业技术创新的基本了解。
第二章，主要介绍美国化学工业产生和发展的世界背景。从世界化学工业发展的角度来看美国化学工业，为下文美国化学工业的发展及各阶段的技术创新分析做背景铺挚。
第三章，这是文章的主体内容，主要从发展史的角度纵向客观的考察美国化学工业的技术创新。其中按产业发展的生命周期对美国化学工业及其技术创新发展历程划分了四个阶段，在每一个阶段都较为详细的分析了其技术创新及产业的发展。最后，总结出了美国化学工业技术创新发展的六点规律。
第四章，是解决问题的一章，在该章中，首先对我国化学工业技术创新的发展中存在的一些主要问题做了剖析，并根据美国化学工业技术创新的经验及技术创新发展的规律，尝试性的提出了解决问题的六点建议。
总之，本文从横向和纵向的角度分析了美国化学工业的技术创新，并在阐述时侧重于纵向的剖析，以期总结出化学工业技术创新发展的一般性的规律，从而促使我国化学工业的技术创新发展走上健康的发展道路。
It is time that we are going into WTO, as one of the traditional industries, the chemical industry will have to face the development questions at this time. How to make it not only develop further, but meet the new need which the other industries develop constantly?
When we look into the world, we will find that the world chemical industries have enter into a highly competitive time, and the capability of technological innovation, which has taken place of the traditional price capability, has been being a brand new factor in the competition of the world. It is common that only continuous innovations can keep the development constantly. That is to say, we should strengthen our capability of technological innovation right way. But how to improve it in such a short period, some rules on it should be noticed. In this article, the writer chose America chemical industry, and gave some analysis from different views. After the analysis, some rules on technological innovation of chemical industry had been concluded and could be referred by our chemical industry.
There are four chapters in this article:
The first chapter is on some simple discussion of chemical industry and America chemical industry. And we can have some basic comprehension from horizontal view on technological innovation of America chemical industry. The world background of America chemical industry has been introduced in the second chapter.
The third chapter is the main part in this article. It is mainly from longitudinal view to discuss the technological innovation of America chemical industry. For the convenience of narration, four stages have been divided during the narration of the development of America chemical industry, and technological innovation and industry development have been analyzed in great detail at each stage. Finally, six rules are concluded on technological innovation of America chemical industry. The fourth chapter is to resolve the former question, six suggestions are produced to improve our capability on technological innovation of chemical industry.
