美国西屋公司大中型异步电机计算机辅助设计软件包二次开发

摘要
现代电机制造工业的快速发展对电机设计的准确性,快速性提出了更高的
    要求,电机的计算机辅助设计技术的日益壮大为满足上述要求提供了方法和手
    段。目前借助于先进的计算机软硬件平台和软件编程技术,可以迅速地开发出
    可靠的、具有美观界面、合理系统结构及强大的信息数据库的计算机辅助设计
    软件。然而,理想的电机计算机辅助设计软件不仅需要好的设计手段,更重要
    的是需要有一个准确的电机设计模型。
    美国西屋公司大中型异步电机计算机辅助设计软件包是我国90年代初引进
    的电机计算机辅助设计软件包。该软件包功能强大,运行稳定,计算内容广泛
    且结果准确。但由于计算机软硬件技术上的差异及工程单位和行业标准的不同
    等原因,致使引进的电机计算机辅助设计软件包没有真正的发挥它的作用,没
    能把先进的科技转化为现实生产力。
    本文即针对美国西屋公司大中型异步电机计算机辅助设计软件包进行二次
    开发,将该软件包移植到我国科技人员广泛应用的主流计算机机型和Windows
    操作系统平台上,并开发了单位制转换程序,将原软件包的英制单位表示法转
    换为国际单位制表示法;同时为软件包开发了友好的人机交互界面,改变了原
    软件包的纸卡片和打印机的人机交互方式为窗口式的数据输入输出的方法。
    开发后的软件包充分利用原软件中计算准确和计算内容全面的优点,并结
    合我国电机行业的工程实际进行了相应改进,使其适合我国的电机设计开发人
    员的使用。将先进的设计技术转换为现时的社会生产力,推动我国电机事业的
    迅速发展。
The rapid development in the modern manufacturing demands the design of motor to be more accurate and faster. And CAD techniques can satisfy this requirement. Now the CAD software, which features reliable and reasonable system structure and information database, can be developed rapidly by way of advanced computer hardware and programming techniques. The better design methods, of course, are required for good CAD software of an electric machine, but the more important thing is that an accurate design model of the electric machine is needed.
    The software package of computer-aided design and analysis for the large and medium induction motors, which is developed by Western House Cooperation of USA, was introduced into China early in the 90's. It not only has powerful functions and excellent stability, but also performs various computations and produces accurate results. Because of some existent differences between China and USA in computer hardware and software, engineering units and industry standards, the package didn't play its role well enough. And correspondingly, the advanced technique couldn't be transformed into productive forces.
    The paper deals with redevelopment of the package software of Western House Cooperation. Now the package has been redesigned and transplanted onto the computers that are widely used by technicians in China and used under the environment of Windows operating system. A program is developed to convert the British unit of original package into SI unit, and a new and friendly man-machine interface is designed to change the original data input and output that use paper cards and printer into a window-typed one.
    The new package remains the original advantages in computing accuracy and varieties. And considering the engineering practices of motor industry in China, it makes some improvements to adapt to the requirements of motor designing technicians. It will play an important role in the development of motor industry in China.
