高品位不溶性硫稳定性的研究

摘要
本文旨在研究如何提高不溶性硫的稳定性及其机理,以便为我国不溶性硫的生产和应用提供合理可行的工艺路线、优化的工艺参数,以及一定的理论基础。
     首先拟结合不溶性硫生产工艺过程中,萃取工序所用的萃取剂,选取一种稳定性效果最佳的萃取剂,以在不增加设备和工艺的基础上解决问题。其次,结合萃取剂品种优选的同时,一方面从工艺上如萃取温度、萃取剂用量、反应时间等对不溶性硫产品稳定性的影响进行了研究;另一方面试图在不溶性硫萃取过程中,通过添加化学稳定剂来提高不溶性硫的稳定性。在研究不溶性硫的稳定性理论和稳定剂的作用机理的基础上,采用了单因素法确定了稳定剂的最佳品种、最佳用量和最佳反应时间。最后进行了不溶性硫的降解机理动力学的研究和速率方程的推导,并运用了一些现代仪器试图从结构,微观形态等方面得到近一步的证实。
In this text, the main investigation is to how to increase insoluble sulphur's stability, in order to provide the reasonable and viable craft route, optimum craft number, and certain theorized foundation for further industrialized application.
    Firstly we primarily consider taking a kind of the best extract solution from numerous extract solutions. Secondly, we consider influence towards insoluble sulphur's stability from crafting factors, for example, temperature , ration, time and find the best craft number. On the other hand we try to enhance the insoluble sulphur's stability by adding chemistry stabilizer in the course of extraction of the insoluble sulfur. On the basis of researching the theory of stability of insoluble sulfur and mechanism of chemistry stabilizer .we find the best stabilizer, the best usage and the best time of reacting with insoluble sulfur by the single factor method. Finally we study the declining dynamics
    
    
    Finally we study the declining dynamics of the insoluble sulphur, proceed to deduce velocity square and explain from the construction and tiny appearance by making use of the some modern instruments.
