制造企业工艺信息集成平台开发与关键技术研究

摘要
计算机辅助工艺过程设计(Computer Aided Processing Planning,CAPP)技术作为先进制造技术的重要组成部分,是连接产品数字化设计与制造的关键技术,对产品质量、制造成本、生产周期等具有极为重要的影响。本文从先进制造技术的发展战略出发,面向我国离散型机械制造企业的工艺信息化需求,在广泛而深入的CAPP技术研究与工程实践的基础上,提出工艺信息集成平台PPIIP(Process Planning Information Integrated Platform)的概念,并进行了PPIIP的研究与开发,对其技术体系以及对象模型驱动机制、制造工艺数据管理、工艺数据挖掘、集成技术和面向行业的实施与应用开发等关键技术进行了深入研究,以促进制造工艺信息系统MPPIS(Manufacturing Process Planning Information System)开发与应用的通用性、行业化、集成性、智能化、开放性、工具化、工程化和实用性,力求探索出我国制造企业工艺信息化的有效方法和途径,以期促进CAPP技术在企业的广泛、深入应用和发展。本文的主要研究内容和创新如下:
     1.从先进制造技术和CAPP技术的发展关系出发,面向现代CAPP技术的发展和企业对制造工艺信息系统的需求,研究了我国CAPP技术发展中仔在的主在问题及主要发展方向,提出工艺信息集成平台的概念,并分析了其主要特性。
     2.以基于域工程的系统开发方法,分析并建立了PPIIP的开发体系,并以组件技术为核心,建立了面向集成的PPIIP功能框架和分层描述体系结构。提出面向我国制造企业的PPIIP完整技术体系,论述了基于模型驱动面向行业的MPPIS应用解决方案、MPPIS快速实施与应应用开发技术、面向知识的集成化制造工艺数据管理、基于知识的新型智能化工艺设计技术、PPIIP集成技术、开放的制造工艺资源管理等PPIIP的关键技术。
     3.基于MVC的软件开发摸式,分析并建立了通用的制造企业工艺信息模型,提出PPIIP以工艺知识库为核心的对象模型驱动机制。采用面向对象的方法建立了基于对象类、对象方法、产生式规则和过程控制知识为核心的PPIIP对象模型表示体系,分析了PPIIP的基础模型和应用模型,并研究了基于对象模型驱动机制的核心数据模型及工艺设计技术,实现了基于流程图式的工艺设设,验证了PPIIP的开放性。论文还采用XML语言,建立了PPIIP的对象模型和工艺数据表示标准,为MPPIS之间对象模型和工艺数据的标准化、规范化表示以及共亨与交换奠定了技术基础。
     4.建立了基于对象模型驱动的工艺数据库,提出以制造BOM为核心的制造工艺数据管理方法和工艺数据挖掘的概念,并建立了PPIIP基于对象模型的工艺数据挖掘技术体系,设计了工艺数据挖掘语言PPDML,对工艺数据挖掘技
CAPP is a key issue in advanced manufacturing system. It is the link between digital product design and manufacturing, it has great importance with the quality and cost of product. In this dissertation, based on substantive CAPP research and engineering software development in China, the concept of process planning information integrated platform (PPIIP) is put forward for discrete manufacturing enterprise. Key techniques of the technology architecture, information model, process planning data management, process planning data mining, integration technique, application and implement mode are researched in detail. It helps the generalization, exoteric, practicability, integration, toolization, specialization, and industrilization of CAPP system development and application. On the basis of the research and development of PPIIP, it's the expectation that a foundation technology platform of CAPP is provided, and an effective way of the realization for manufacturing enterprise process planning informalization in China is strive hard to come. The main points are summarized as follows:1. Based on the research of advanced manufacturing technology and manufacturing enterprise process planning informalization, the actuality of CAPP is analyzed for discrete manufacturing enterprise, the problems of CAPP in China are pointed out. The concept of process planning information integrated platform is proposed on the basis of modern CAPP.2. On the basis of domain engineering software development, the development architecture of PPIIP is founded. The functional framework and system architecture is summarized in detail based on component technology. The comprehensive technology architecture of PPIIP for manufacturing enterprises in China is proposed. Key techniques that include application scheme of PPIIP for industrilization and rapid development, integrated manufacturing data management for knowledge, the new-style intelligent process planning based on knowledge, integration technology, the exoteric management style of process planning resource, etc. are described.3. Based on the software system development mode of MVC, the general manufacturing enterprise process planning model is proposed. The information model driven mechanism of PPIIP is put forward. The information model representation architecture based on object class, object method, rule and procedure knowledge is proposed depend on object-oriented technology. The foundation model and application model of PPIIP is analyzed. The specification of information model and data is researched with XML, it helps the representation, exchange and share of information model and data. Based on the information model driven mechanism, the intuitionistic process planning tool is developed, and graphic flow chart process planning is researched ulteriorly and the exoteric characteristic of PPIIP is validated.4. The framework of process planning database is proposed on the basis of information model driven mechanism and the process knowledge database in PPIIP.
    The framework of process planning data management that adopts MBOM as core is proposed. The concept of process planning data mining in CAPP is proposed. The process planning data mining technique is researched based on PPIIP and the PPDML is developed also. The application on typical operation summarization, typical process summarization and process optimization with process planning data mining technique is researched to improve the intelligentize, standardization of CAPP system.5. The concept model of information integration, function integration, procedure integration and knowledge integration is proposed. The concept of single source of process planning data is put forward for information integration. The research scheme on process planning information integration based on bar code that reference to advanced manufacturing data management technique in abroad is presented. The function integration and procedure integration based on component in PPIIP is researched also. Key techniques of custom-built development architecture and interface specification is researched to meet the different integration requirement in PPIIP.6. The development, application and implementation of CAPP system is researched, and the application standardization and specification for PPIIP is proposed that includes foundation specification, management specification and application specification, etc. to help the development and implementation. On the basis of the research and application in airplane manufacturing industry, the concept of industrilization manufacturing process planning system is proposed. Key techniques of MBOM management system that adopts process planning subassembly as core, the realization of AO and FO intuitionistic process planning, airplane assembly process planning that adopts AO as core, part manufacturing management based on FO are presented in detail.
