科力公司质量管理诊断研究

摘要
本文以科力公司为诊断对象，旨在解决该企业在质量管理中存在的深层次问题，使其顺利通过ISO9001：2000认证，增加产品竞争力；同时期望为咨询公司进行质量诊断积累经验，为一般企业自我诊断提供参考。
论文主要采用实地走访，设计访谈提纲收集多方面信息的方法，考察科力公司质量管理难以深化和细化的问题，在此基础上，按照ISO9001：2000质量管理体系的要求，从总要求、管理职责、资源管理、产品实现、测量、分析和改进等角度，以及具体影响产品实现过程的各因素进行分析，为其建立了ISO9001质量管理体系的方案和预期目标；并运用所学的经济管理理论和方法，结合成本管理、绩效考评管理，提出具体的改善方案；通过绩效考评将成本管理、质量管理、目标管理融为一体，以达到综合治理的目的，从而解决企业领导在职能管理上顾此失彼的难题，最后论文对实施效果做了跟踪分析，证实了各项改善措施的有效性。
本文的主要价值是：①建立了质量管理体系的一般模式，提出了结合成本管理、绩效考评管理改善促进质量管理的观念，并为如何将这三个管理体系有效结合提出了实施指导办法。②为咨询业开展质量诊断咨询业务提供了可资参考的方法，便于其有效、快速地建立质量管理体系。
It takes emphasis on analyzing the deep-level question of the quality management of Keli company, and helping the company get ISO9001: 2000 quality system certificate, which can improve the competence of the company, it also can sharing the experience of quality management diagnosis with consultant companies, and give a reference to enterprise for self-diagnosis.
The method of resolving the problem is going to the enterprise and performing quality diagnosis, collecting quality information of Keli company by questionnaire, analysis the deep-level question of the quality management system, then following the requirement of ISO9001: 2000, from the aspect of the general requirement, management responsibility, resource management, the product reality, measure, analysis and improving in quality management, raise a whole set of practical solution, the solutions concerning the cost management and effort evaluation management, using the economic management theory and method, Setting quality management, cost management and target management together by performance evaluation and result assessment . The article has analysis the performance, and proves the effectiveness of the actions.
The peculiarity of the article is:
1 Establishing a model of quality management system, bring
out the idea of improving the quality management by combining the cost management and performance evaluation management, and working out the practical solutions to combining the three kind of management system effectively, which will help the enterprise manager to manage effectively.
2 Providing useful methods of quality management diagnosis to consultant companies, which do well to, the consultant companies to found the quality management system rapidly and effectively.
