公路客运行业管理若干问题研究
摘要
本文从探讨公路快速客运系统的本质特征出发，论证了建设公路快速客运系统的国民经济意义，并在深入分析我国公路快速客运业的现状、存在的问题和未来的发展趋势的基础上，总结和借鉴国外公路客运的发展经验，提出公路快速客运系统的发展方向，并从行业管理的不同角度论述了政府对公路快速客运系统的引导作用。在研究过程中，本文从历史发展的角度，以国内公路快速客运为考察对象，吸收了公共经济学、管制经济学、运输经济学以及其他有关的理论，并大量借鉴了国外交通运输发展的实践经验，与国内发展状况进行比较，以期对政府进行行业管理提出发展方向。
With the essential characteristics for the fast highway passenger transportation, this paper demonstrates the important significance of the fast highway passenger transportation on national economy. Then the present situation, matter existed and development tendency are analyzed about the internal fast highway passenger transportation, the experiences being summed up and used for reference about external fast highway passenger transportation. Based on the above study, the development direction of the fast highway passenger transportation is issued, the government's guiding function for the fast highway passenger transportation discussed through different views about the profession management. During the study, this paper sucks up the relevant theories about public economics, advancement economics arid transportation economics, etc, starting from history development and looking the fast highway passenger transportation as the study object. Through the contrast and reference on the fast highway passenger transportation home and abroad, the profession development direction is put forward in a reasonable way.
