红蓝光联合治疗面部痤疮与单纯蓝光治疗面部痤疮的疗效对比观察

摘要
目的:比较红光(630nm)和蓝光(415nm)联合治疗面部痤疮与单纯蓝光(415nm)治疗面部痤疮的临床疗效。
     方法:将61例面部痤疮患者随机分为红蓝光联合治疗组与单纯蓝光治疗组,分别进行8周治疗,于实验第2.4.6.8周对疗效进行比较分析。
     结果:59例患者完成了实验,红蓝光联合治疗组对脓疱、结节/囊肿的疗效(皮损总数的减少率)较单纯蓝光治疗组好,而单纯蓝光治疗组对丘疹的疗效较好,所得结果均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。8周治疗结束后,两组皮损总有效率无差异性(P>0.05)。
     结论:红蓝光联合治疗及单纯蓝光治疗均对面部痤疮有一定的疗效,虽然二者总体疗效无差别,但对不同类型皮疹的疗效不同,且所得结果有统计学意义。
Objective:To compare the clinical effects of facial acne treated by combined blue (415nm) and red (630nm) light and blue(415nm) light.
     Methods:A total of 61 cases were recruited for the study and randomly divided into the combination group and the blue light group .Subjects were treated in 8 weeks.Acne was assessed at baseline and at weeks 2,4,6,8.
     Results:59 patients completed the trial. The combination therapy is better to pustule, cyst/nodule(P<0.05),while blue light is better to papule(P<0.05).There was no significant difference on total efficacy between the two group after 8 weeks’treatment.
     Conclusion:The combination therapy is more effective to facial acne in the reduction of lesions total number.varies lesions have different response to each therapy.
