The idea of integration is combined with the theory of construction project
management and its theory system is proposed. Then the preconditions, application base,
internal platform, external platform and information platform of construction project
management are studied. The main content of the dissertation includes:
     1. Under the current situation, the projectorganization method, management
method and implement method is far fromsystemic. Based on the advanced
management concepts and methods of computer integrated manufacture system, the
idea of construction project integrated management is proposed. Then, the conception
model of construction project integrated management system is proposed, which is
comprised of construction project integrated management on life cycle, construction
project integrated management on management elements and external integrated
     management system for construction project.
     2. The idea of construction project integrated management on life cycle, integrated
management in every procedure of construction project is proposed. Through full and
complete communication among the procedures, the all life cycle is integrated into a unit.
     3. The model of construction project integrated management on management
elements is proposed, where time limit, quality, cost, range, human resource, risk and
communication is given overall consideration and balance for the optimization of whole
     project.
     4. The idea of construction project integrated management on cost for life cycle is
studied. Then, technology driver neural network model for project cost estimation and
cost driver neural network model for cost control.
     5. It is proposed that collaborative commerce should be implied as the means to
realize external integrated management system for construction project. Then, the
structure and functions of project collaborative commerce is discussed in detail.
     6. As a result of the implement of external integrated management system for construction project, a
kind of strategic partner relationship is formed among enterprises in construction supply
chain. With the study on this relationship, an incomplete information reputation model
     is proposed.
