基于ARM的远程家电控制系统设计与实现

摘要
随着科学技术的发展和人们物质生活水平的不断提高,人们对生活的安全、舒适、方便等方面的要求越来越高。技术的发展推动社会信息化的不断发展,特别是智能家居、信息家电等概念的出现,使家庭作为社会信息终端的作用日趋显著,人们对家居控制系统等智能家居产品也充满了期待。
     论文分析了家居控制系统的起源、发展和研究现状,在对相关技术进行分析论证的基础上,针对目前移动通信工具比较普及,家居内部以传统电器为主的特点,提出通过移动通信手段实现家居的对外联系,通过电力线载波通信技术实现家居内部的互联和传统家电控制的方案,实现了家居控制系统互联和控制的功能。论文给出了基于ARM的远程家电控制系统的总体设计方案和部分实现细节,主要工作包括:
     1.针对家庭网络中,用户需要远程控制家电的功能需求,设计了利用GSM模块的短信功能来实现家电远程控制的方案。在分析GSM通信协议的基础上阐明了中文短消息的编解码方式与收发控制,讨论了在嵌入式系统中实现中文短消息编解码的方法。
     2.以μC/OS-Ⅱ嵌入式实时操作系统为软件平台,以低功耗、高可靠性的32位ARM微处理器LPC2114作为主控芯片,采用模块化编程思想完成了短信收发、液晶显示、键盘功能、电力线载波通信、继电器控制等功能模块的程序编写。
     3.利用电力线载波通信技术将家庭内部各电器设备联系起来,组建了家庭控制网络,并设计了控制网络数据通信协议,确保通信的可靠性。
     4.完成了基于8051单片机的控制模块的外围硬件和相关软件的编写,对整个远程家电控制系统进行了测试,达到了预期的效果。
     基于ARM的远程家电控制系统把人们日常所用的通信工具作为家电控制系统的移动终端,使人们随时随地可以控制家电的状态,拓展了人们的生活空间。试验结果表明,采用该方案搭建的远程家电控制系统使用方便、通用性好、控制响应时间短,能满足人们的日常生活需要。
People are increasingly concerned with a safe, comfort, convenience life with the development of technology and the improvement of living life. Technology promotes the process of the information era, house has shown its importance as the information terminal with the application of intelligent house, information appliance and people show great expectation of it now.
     The origin and development status of information appliance are discussed and related technology are analyzed in the paper. Based the fact that mobile communication tools are popular but traditional appliances are still pervasive at home, we propose a novel method which utilizes PLC (Power Line Carrier) to realize the interconnection between inside appliances and control of appliances, a mobile terminal is needed to communicate home between the outside. The general design and details in implementing of ARM based remote home control appliances are mentioned in the paper as follows:
     1. GSM based remote control system is adopted to meet the functional requirements of remote controlled appliances under home network. The method of coding/decoding Chinese SMS on embedded system is discussed after analyzing submit/dispatch and code/decode of Chinese SMS.
     2. AdoptμC/OS-Ⅱembedded real-time operation system as software platform and 32 bit ARM core processor LPC2114 as controlling chip which has low power and high reliability. Submit/dispatch of SMS, liquid crystal display, keyboard commands, Power Line Carrier and relay module are realized under modularization idea.
     3. House hold appliances are connected by PLC technique to form the home network. Net data exchange protocol is designed to ensure the reliability of communication.
     4. House appliance control module and the related programming based on the 8051 single processor are developed. Test of the remote home control system shows expected result.
     We can control the condition of ARM based remote home control appliances anywhere at any time by a mobile terminal. Tests show the remote control system which is convenient, universal and response quickly can meet the needs of daily life.
