供应链战略下的供应商管理及VMI应用

摘要
纵观全球经济的发展，由消费者的个性化需求所带来的大规模定制是一个不可阻挡的潮流，并由此产生了基于协同商务、快速反应的供应链管理思想。随着企业信息化水平的不断提高，这种思想在实际中得到了很好的应用，从而又丰富了供应链管理的思想。
本文以供应链管理为切入点，重点分析了供应商库存管理(VMI：Vendor Managed Inventory)在供应链管理中的实际应用，同时突出了全面动态的供应商管理在供应链管理中的重要地位。
论文主要做了以下工作：
1．阐述了对供应链管理思想的全面理解。同时，在比较传统的供应链管理与现代供应链管理的基础上，给出了几种典型的供应链战略模式。
2．详细的论述了基于供应链战略的供应商管理。突出了全面动态的供应商管理在供应链战略的重要地位，并提出以一体化的供应商管理来与供应商建立新型的战略合作伙伴关系。
3．系统的介绍了VMI的理念及应用模型，同时提供了具有实际应用价值的VMI实施方法。
4．提供了一个生动的VMI的应用案例，详细的描述了VMI在汽车制造业中的应用，包括了VMI规划、供应商管理、日常的物流运作及VMI结算的整个构架，并在实际的应用中再次强调了供应商管理在供应链管理中的重要地位。
5．结合VMI的实际应用，分析了VMI应用适合的行业以及VMI应用对企业信息化的要求。
Viewing the development of global economy, mass customization is an inevitable trend. This new trend brings the idea of Supply Chain Management (SCM). This is based on the collaborated business and quick response to the customers demand.
This paper starts with the introduction of SCM, and focus on the application of VMI in the SCM strategy, at the same time, the paper emphasizes the importance of Suppliers Management.
The paper's main work shown as follows:
1. Introduces the idea of SCM, giving a few relevant strategic model of SCM, which is based on the comparison of the traditional SCM and the new one.
2. Describes the theory about the Suppliers Management in the SCM strategy, and pointed out that the comprehensive, dynamic management of suppliers is the guarantee of the implementing of the SCM strategy. The paper also offers a solution- Integrated Suppliers Management, which can help the companies to establish a new strategic relationship with the suppliers.
3. Describes the theory of Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) and presents a useful model, which can successfully support the application of VMI.
4. Demonstrates a case of VMI application in the auto-manufacturing. Including the formulation of VMI, establish new relationship with suppliers, daily logistics operating and the settlement of VMI. In the case, the paper emphasizes the importance of Suppliers Management and offers a particular description about how to make it.
5. Associated with the practical application of VMI, the paper analyses the industries that are suitable to implement VMI and analyses its requirements of the advanced information system. At last, the paper shows the long-term outlook of VMI application.
