论引进强化复合地板及所用浸渍纸生产线的建设

摘要
本论文是针对目前国内木地板的生产不能满足市场的快速发展而开展的。我国是森林资源缺乏的国家，随着国民经济发展、人民生活的需要，越来越感到木材资源的不足，生产强化复合地板在符合国家“以林为主，综合开发，多种经营，全面发展”的林业建设方针的同时，也满足了市场对木地板的需求。
尚志元宝胶合板厂具备良好的基础条件，多年来培养和造就了一批高素质的管理人员与技术人员，在生产管理技术方面积累了丰富经验。本文针对目前的市场状况及尚志元宝胶合板厂现有条件，论证建立尚志元宝胶合板厂强化复合地板及所用浸渍纸生厂线的可行性、必要性、工艺设计的优化性、新技术的先进性和项目的效益性。
通过对该项目的研究分析，本项目的主要技术经济指标、年销售收入等各项指标均较好，因此，该项目的建设是可行的。
This paper is developed which was based on the production of wood floor couldn't satisfy the market's fast development. With the developed of national economy and the necessary of people's living, The forestry resource of China is shorter and shorter. The production of Consolidated composite floor would be up to the mustard of the guideline of regarding forest as principle, synthetically developing, various managing, and completely developing. At the same time, the production of Consolidated composite floor would satisfied the market.
Yuan Bao Plywood Company of Shang Zhi has the better basic condition. For these years it was training more management personnel and technical personnel, and they had more experience about the production and management. The paper, be based on the market requirement and the condition of Yuan Bao Plywood Company of Shang Zhi, demonstrated the program of feasibility, necessary, optimality of technical designing, environmental protection, and profit met the cost which was to establish the production line of consolidated composite floor and impregnated paper of Yuan Bao Plywood Company of Shang Zhi.
According to the research and analysis, the main technical and economic index, included the sale of a year, profit of a year, investment of profit margin, investment internal rate of return, finance recovery period etc., are better. The analyzing of profit and loss equilibrium and sensitivity are also express that this item has the ability of higher anti- risk and the certain enduring ability.
