农村联网公路规划方法研究

摘要
农村联网公路是农村公路网的重要组成部分,是农村交通需求小节点之间、交通需求小节点与上层节点之间、国省干线及县、乡、村道之间的连接道路。随着我国农村社会经济的发展,每个节点通过自我发展向周围节点的吸引加强,使得农村地区最基本的节点潜在交通需求不断加大;同时干线公路标准的不断提高与农村公路的大规模发展,向更深层次农村节点进行线辐射加强,使为这些节点公路联网提供了可能。因此为了适应我国公路网的健康发展和农村经济繁荣,农村公路面临着继续推进通达更深层次节点公路的建设要求,亟需对我国农村联网公路规划方法进行深入系统的研究。
     本文从研究目前农村公路规划方法优缺点入手,结合农村联网公路的定义和功能,分析了农村联网公路和其他农村公路的区别和联系,并探讨了农村联网公路的交通需求产生的原因、需求特点和目前供需关系。深入分析了农村联网公路节点选择原则和方法,并在此基础上联系农村实际情况和农村联网公路的交通需求特点,提出了适合农村联网公路规划的节点重要度计算指标及节点划分原理,进而得到了路段重要度,从而保障了农村联网公路规划的科学性。在上述研究的基础上,建立基于农村联网公路网重要度最大和通达度最大的组合优化模型来确定整体路网布局,并运用logit模型和重要度相结合确定路径选择概率模型,采用支线连接法在运输费用最小的基础上确定线路的最佳入射角对线路布局进行调整。最后以舟山市金塘镇为研究实例,结合该镇的社会经济和路网发展状况,应用本文提出的规划方法对其农村联网公路规划建设进行了实例分析。本文方法是以重要度法思想贯穿始终,在分析过程中,吸收组合优化的合理之处,特别是引入了Logit模型和重要度相结合来确定路径选择概率模型,采用最佳入射角对路网布局进行完善,弥补了目前农村公路网规划对第二层次附加联络线的确定论述不充分的缺点,使路网布局方案更加合理。
     本文的研究是对农村联网公路规划方面的一种尝试,希望对新农村建设中的农村联网公路规划建设具有一定的现实指导意义。
Rural networking highway is the important part of the rural highway net. It refers to the connecting roads between the rural traffic demand small nodes, traffic demand small node and the node above, country and province trunks as well as those between the towns and the villages. With the development of the rural economics, every node enhances its attraction to the nodes around, and makes more potential traffic needs. Meanwhile, the improvement of the trunk road standard and the rural highways, it is possible for the construction of the rural networking highway. Therefore, in order to adapt the development and the economical bloom, the rural highways face the requirements for deeper nodes. It calls for deeper research of our rural networking highway regulation.
     This paper firstly talks about the advantages and disadvantage of the present rural highway regulation. Combining with the concept of the rural network highway and function, it analyzes the differences and relation between the rural networking highways and other rural highways. And it also talks about the causes, characteristics and the present relationship. The paper deeply analyses the principles and methods for choosing nodes, puts forwards the node importance calculation index and node demarcating principle, and then gets the section importance, which guarantees the scientific principle of the rural networking construction. On the basis of this, it is meaningful to reach the combination optimization of importance and convenience. Implying with the logit mode and the importance, the route choice probability mode can be confirmed. Adjust the route by the best angle of incidence adopting the branch connection based on the minimum fare. At last, take Jintang Village in Zhoushan as an example, with the analysis of the economics and the networking highway development, the writer discusses about its regulation and construction. Mainly with the importance method through the whole paper, with the combination optimization, especially it adopts logit mode and importance to confirm the mode. It adopts the best angle to improve the route arrangement. It is very useful for the information adding of the second level connection line.
     The paper tries to study the rural connecting highways, and expects its real guidance for the rural connecting highway construction.
