班主任权力失范研究

摘要
理论产生于实践,又反过来指导实践。班主任工作早已引起重视,如何搞好班级管理方面已有许多文章作过论述。以往的研究多关注运用班主任的权力去搞好班级管理,大多数时候却忽视了学生的被动地位和班主任自身也存在的问题,本课题却是从学生这一主体地位出发去反思班主任工作,对班主任的权力提出质疑,目的在于为拓宽班主任的工作思路,寻找新的出路。任何管理工作都离不开权力,班级管理也不例外。教书育人表明了教育行业的特殊性,这意味着班主任不仅仅应该是管理者,还应该是“引路人”。班主任不仅仅要对学生作出要求、甚至利用权力强制执行,更应该努力提高自身方方面面的素质,做好学生的榜样,重视对学生产生的潜移默化影响,发挥好班主任的功能,为家长的希望,孩子的明天,民族的振兴事业作出应有的贡献。
     社会处在不断的变化发展中,经济全球化同时也导致了教师观念的多元化。教师队伍中的班主任权力出现了失范现象,急功近利、吃喝成风、班主任权力泛化,家长、学生敢怒不敢言。面对现实,我们不得不反思、研究,班主任权力泛化的根源在哪里?班主任缺乏基本素养、家长望子成龙心切、班主任聘科任教师制均扩大了班主任的权力,要从根本上去解决问题,就必须提高班主任自身的素养,改革和完善班主任的相关制度。
The theory comes from practice and then guides practice in turn. Many attentions have been paid to the work of a class teacher, and there already have many papers about a class management, however, most of these papers focus on how to utilize a teacher's power for better controlling while ignore the passive position of students and the problems lying on teachers themselves. In this paper, the author thinks about class teacher's work from the side of a student, and questions about the power of a class teacher in order to find out a new way for better work of a class teacher. Management needs power, so is a class teacher's work, imparting knowledge and educating people make a teacher's work special, it means a teacher is not only a manager but also a guider, a class teacher should utilize his/her power correctly as well as try his/her best to improve himself to be a good model of a student, pay more attention to the influence of a teacher’s behavior imperceptibly influencing students and do a teacher function well for parents' hope, students' tomorrow and our country’s development and prosperity, finally, contribute to our educational undertaking.
     Our society is in a continuous change, economic globalization results in different teacher has different idea, and there come corruption, being eager for quick success and instant benefit and recreational activities using public funds, the power of a teacher is out of control, while parents and students choke with silent fury. Facing facts, we have to think what are the root causes. A teacher lacks of basic accomplishment, parents are eager to see their child quick success and the teacher appointment rule contribute to problems, in order to resolve the problems, teacher must improve themselves and the teacher appointment rule must be revised and imp.
