河南移动软交换关口局大本地网规划设计与研究

摘要
本篇论文针对河南移动话务核心网络的现状进行了调查分析,并以网络建设满足到2008年底的业务需求为目标进行合理的话务预测和需求分析,并在此基础上结合软交换设备的功能和特点,分别对在关口局大本地网条件下的话路网、信令网和IP承载网的网络组网和业务实现方式进行了详细设计和描述。根据设计的网络结构和相关业务指标,对软交换设备的处理能力、信令带宽和端口配置等数据进行了计算,确定了本次设计所包括的各地市关口局网元、各种类型接口的配置标准。
     在本篇论文的研究和测试阶段,利用河南移动现有的移动核心网IP承载网络和在建的华为软交换端局设备搭建了符合集团公司相关规范和技术要求的测试环境,根据制定的测试方案对IP承载网进行了各种条件下的测试并详细记录了测试结果,验证了IP承载网对软交换核心网业务的承载能力,验证了华为软交换及IP设备的可靠性,明确了SCTP多归属技术部署的必要性,以及VAD和语音编解码的采用标准,取得了一些结论性的结果。
     在本次设计中得到的相关数据和结果可以作为河南移动关口局满足到2008年底业务需求的网络建设的依据,同时在设计中使用的各种网络设计、数据计算的方法和相关测试的结论可以作为软交换核心网和IP承载网的设计建设的参考。
In the thesis, the actual status of the HeNan Chinamobile core network is investigated, and for the purpose of satisfying the operation demand by the end of 2008, it gives the telephone traffic forecast and requirements analysis reasonably, combined with the function and specialties of the soft-switch equipments, telephone traffic route、signaling、IP bearer network organization and business realization which depend the gateway multi-area network condition are particularly designed and described. Based on the network structure and business targets, the processing capacity、signaling bandwidth and interface configuration of the soft-switch devices are fully calculated, so the configuration criterion of every gateway network elements and every interfaces is confirmed.
     The testing environment is built based on IP bearer network, and plenty tests are implemented under various conditions. As a result, it validates the carrying capacity of IP bearer network towards the soft-switch core network business, and the reliability of the soft-switch and IP equipment manufactured by Huawei is verified. Further more, the necessity of SCTP multi-homing technology disposing is shown, and adopting standard of the VAD and voice coding-decoding is affirmed.
     The data and results gained during the design can fully fulfil the HeNan mobile gateway to achieve the business demand by the end of 2008. Meanwhile, all kinds of network project、data calculating methods and test results in the thesis can be references in soft-switch core network and IP bearer network construction.
