大型复杂零部件用刀具CAD及其应用软件的开发

摘要
随着大型复杂零部件在能源、运载、国防等领域的广泛应用,针对大型复杂零部件切削加工用刀具的研究越发显得重要。
     大型复杂零部件用刀具大都结构复杂,传统的设计方式难以适应新型刀具的设计开发。本文利用大型综合软件UG强大的三维造型功能,设计了适用于大型复杂零部件切削加工用的圆形三维槽型铣刀片和直柄两齿大进给铣刀具,优化了几何参数。
     大型复杂零部件切削加工用波形刃铣刀片具有三维复杂槽型和独特的余弦波刃形,在加工过程中对工件的切入类型较一般平前刀面刀片复杂而多变。为了研究波形刃铣刀片的切入方式与刀片破损的关系,运用UG软件的二次开发功能模块UG/Open API结合VC++开发了波形刃铣刀片切入方式模拟系统,针对不同的切入方式参数,模拟波形刃铣刀片的切入过程,为判断切入类型和研究切入破损提供依据。
     大化工、核电工业中大量应用的大型复杂零部件——大型容器,因其具有难加工材料材质,又尺寸庞大,给切削加工工艺参数的选择带来诸多困难。为了合理选择工艺参数并提高参数优选的效率,本文利用VC++和SQL Server开发了大型容器加工用工艺数据库和工艺参数优化专家系统。建立了工件、机床、刀具和切削液数据库,提供了工艺参数的数据仓储和查询功能;设计了车加工和铣加工两个子专家系统,优选刀具和切削液,并针对不同的优化目标设置了优化目标函数模型,优化切削用量。
Along with the abroad application of large and complex components in energy sources, transportation, national defense and such domains, the research on cutting tool about large and complex components is getting more and more important.
     Because of the complex structure of large and complex components, traditional design methods cannot work upon the development of new style cutting tools any more. Using the powerful 3D modeling function of large integrated software UG, this thesis designs 3D groove round milling inserts and vertical handle large feed milling tool with two inserts for large and complex components, and optimizes their geometry parameters.
     The waved-edge milling insert for large and complex components, which has complex 3D groove and unique cosine wave edges, has complex and different cut-in styles compared with flat groove insert. For researching the relationship between the cut-in style and the disrepair of the waved-edge milling insert, this thesis develops the waved-edge milling insert cut-in simulation system using UG/Open API combined with VC++, simulates the cut-in process of waved-edge milling insert to supply proof for judging cut-in style and studying cut-in disrepair.
     Large containers, which are used a lot in chemical industry and nuclear power plant, bring amount of difficulties in choosing cutting parameters because of its difficult-to-machine material and large size. For correctly selecting process parameters and improving the productivity of optimizing, this thesis develops process database and parameter optimizing expert system using VC++ and SQL Server, sets up databases of workpiece, machine tools, cutting tools and fluid, offers the data storage and query function, designs turning and milling sub-systems to select cutting tools and fluid and to optimize machine data aimed at different optimal aim function models.
