不同诱抗剂对烟草马Y病毒病和气候斑病的防效及植株性状影响

摘要
以"毕纳1号"烟草为供试材料,研究8种不同诱抗剂对烟草马Y病毒病(PVY)和气候斑病的控制作用及性状的影响。结果表明,8种诱抗剂对烟草PVY相对防效达到20.55%~42.57%(威宁黑石点)和20.95%~36.93%(纳雍龙场点),对烟草气候斑病相对防效达到16.26%~74.72%(威宁黑石点)和24.34%~73.12%(纳雍龙场点);其中综合防效较好的诱抗剂为甲基硫菌灵+碧护+磷酸二氢钾混配和植物酚多精+氨基寡糖素+磷酸氢二钾混配。喷施诱抗剂能够增强烟株长势,提高烟叶叶绿素相对含量,改善烟叶农艺性状,提高烟株抗病性。
‘Bina 1#' tobacco variety was used as experimental material to study of eight inducers on agronomic traits and control effect on potato virus Y and weather fleck of tobacco. The results indicated that the field control efficiencies of eight inducers against potato virus Y were 20.55%~42.57%(Heishi town of Weining Country) and 20.95%~36.93%(Longchang of town Nayou Country), respectively, and against weather fleck for were 16.26%~74.72%(Heishi town of Weining County) and 24.34%~73.12%(Longchang of town Nayou Country), respectively. On eight inducers teated, Thiophanate methyl + Bihu + Potassium dihydrogen phosphate and Plant phenols + Amino oligosaccharides + Potassium dihydrogen phosphate had a significant control effect against potato virus Y and weather fleck of tobacco Bina 1#. Application by spraying the inducer could improve tobacco growth and agronomic traits, as well as increase relative content of chlorophyll in tobacco leaf and disease resistance.
