摘要
Inorganic–organic halide perovskite solar cells have recently emerged as a promising photovoltaic technology due to their high efficiencies and low-cost processing potential~([1]).Semitransparent perovskite solar cells have been simultaneously received growing attention because of their specific application in transparent architectures, such as windows, rooftops, greenhouses and other fashion elements~([2]).In this work, we fabricated semitransparent perovskite solar cells using spray-coated silver nanowires(Ag NWs) as top electrodes. The power conversion efficiency(PCE) of 12.0% was achieved under AM 1.5 100 mW cm~(-2) illumination which corresponds to 80% of the reference devices with reflective opaque electrodes. This result indicated that high performance semitransparent perovskite solar cells could be achieved by a simple and low-cost spray-coated silver nanowires.
