Determination of Adsorption Isotherm of Column of Simulated Moving Bed

摘要
Through the study of the Simulated Moving Bed chromatography separation technology,the determination of the adsorption isotherm is related to the modeling of the simulated moving bed and the choice of the operating parameters of the simulated moving bed.In this paper,Firstly,the common 4 kinds of adsorption isotherms are listed,and the relationship between the components in the solid phase and the liquid phase is obtained by using MATLAB,And then by the same set of data we use genetic algorithm to determine the SMB chromatography column of different types of the parameters of the adsorption isotherm.Finally,we draw a conclusion.
