一二维耦合模型在半山区洪涝预报中的研究及应用

摘要
众所周知,我国是洪涝灾害频发的国家之一,洪涝灾害给泛洪区人民生命财产带来巨大损失,洪涝灾害的早发现、早预警,是及时做好应急处置、降低社会风险的重要前提。本文针对山区、半山区洪涝灾害预报从模型建立及模型应用上,对一二维水动力学模型进行耦合并改进,使模型在山区半山区洪涝灾害预报预警中具有一定的适应性、成熟性和准确性。
As everyone knows, China is one of the countries with frequent flood disasters, causing a great loss forpeople's life and estate. It is the important premise for timely emergency response and reducing social risks to find and warn flood disasters earlier. In this article, one-dimensional(1D) hydrodynamic model and two-dimensional(2D) hydrodynamic model are coupled and improved for modeling and applying mountainous and semi-mountainous flood forecast models, which makes the model have due adaptability, maturity and accuracy during mountainous and semi-mountainous flood forecasting and warning.
