永磁同步电机电磁振动多场耦合建模与分析

摘要
电机的电磁振动是电动汽车振动噪声的主要根源,急需建立系统的分析方法。论文基于ANSOFT、MATLAB和ANSYS的电磁场模型、电磁力模型和结构场模型,建立了完整的电磁振动多场耦合分析平台,以及由电磁场分析、电磁力分析、模态分析和瞬态动力学分析四部分组成的完整流程。以永磁同步电机为对象,利用所建立的流程和模型,成功预测了电磁场和电磁力分布,并在计算分析定子模态振动特性的基础上,预测和分析了定子的瞬态动力学响应,为电机设计阶段电磁振动特性的预测、优化及影响因素分析奠定了基础。
The vibration and noise of electric vehicle is mainly from the electromagnetic vibration of motor.Asystematic analysis method is in need.Based on ANSOFT electromagnetic field model,MATLAB electromagnetic force model and ANSYS structural field model,an integral multiphysics analysis diagram of electromagnetic vibration is established.It consists of electromagnetic field analysis,electromagnetic force analysis,mode analysis and transient dynamics analysis.By the diagram,electromagnetic field and force of permanent magnet synchronous motor is predicted.Finally based on mode calculation and analysis of stator,transient dynamics response of stator is predicted and analyzed.The diagram can lay a foundation for prediction,optimization and influence factor analysis of electromagnetic vibration of motor during the design phase.
