川藏铁路泸定至康定段日地沟泥石流危害性分析及防治对策

摘要
川藏铁路泸定至康定段走线需要穿越康定县姑咱镇的日地沟,该沟泥石流活动性较强,成为该段铁路选线的关键节点。采用野外考察、室内运动特征参数计算等手段,分析了日地沟泥石流形成的环境背景条件,计算了泥石流峰值流量、流速、一次泥石流冲出量、冲击力等关键运动特征参数。在此基础上,结合铁路走线位置、桥梁净空等空间位置与泥石流危害范围的关系,定量评估了泥石流对铁路的影响。最后,提出了保障铁路安全的泥石流防灾对策与措施。通过估算,日地沟泥石流的重度取值在1.9~2.2 t/m~3之间,百年一遇设计标准下(P=1%),日地沟主沟沟口泥石流峰值流量为607.8m~3/s、一次最大冲出量为86.6×10~4m~3,泥石流流速6.6m/s。计算结果显示:在日地沟铁路跨沟桥梁断面处,100年一遇频率条件下泥石流最大泥深为8.3m,达到桥下净高近1/2(根据走线方案,桥下净空为18m),其对桥梁的影响较小,但对设置在沟道中部的桥墩冲击危害较大。根据特征参数计算及模拟结果,提出了日地沟泥石流防治采用"铁路拱桥一桥跨过+铁路桥上游缝隙坝拦挡+铁路桥下防护及排导"相结合的方案。
The railway line of the Luding-Kangding Section of Sichuan-Tibet Railway passes through the Ridi Gully which is located in the Guza Town of Kangding County,Sichuan Province.The debris flow in the gully was very active and developed.The gully becomes one of the key points for the railway alignment.By taking the Ridi Gully as studying object,we introduced the formation environment conditions and debris flow history based on field investigation.Then,some dynamic parameters including the flood peak discharge,debris flow peak discharge,velocity,total volume of a single debris flow event and impact force were calculated.Based on these results,we evaluated the influence of debris flow to the railway quantificationally and proposed the mitigation measure for preventing debris flow.Through calculation,the debris flow density is between 1.9t/m~3 and2.2t/m~3.The debris flow peak discharge is 607.8m~3/s,the total volume for a single debris flow is 86.6×10~4m~3,corresponding debris flow velocity is 6.6m/s and flow depth at the railway bridge is about 8.3 m(18 m of underneath clearance)for the case of P=1%.Therefore,the debris flow damage to the railway bridge is small.However,the damage is very big to the bridge pier set in the middle channel.Finally,an integrated mitigation measure including passing the channel by using arch bridge,setting 2 check dams upstream of the bridge,and setting a drainage channel downstream of the bridge is proposed.
