新型Ba_4Sb(CO_3)_4F_4晶体结构、性质及应用研究

摘要
近几年来,探索新型碳酸盐非线性光学晶体成为研究热点之一,主要归因于碳酸盐类似于硼酸盐,具有平面共辄电子结构[1],能产生较宽的透光范围和较大的非线性效应,在非线性光学器件等方面具有潜在的应用价值。叶宁、毛江高等课题组通过水热法或高温固相法合成了一系列非线性光学晶体[2-3]。本文经过大量尝试,采用高温高压水热法,合成了Ba_4Sb(CO_3)_4F_4黑色晶体,研究了反应温度及压力对晶体生长的影响,并对其结构、性质进行了分析研究。该化合物结晶于正交Pbca空间群,a=9.0634(4)A,b=6.6731(3)A,c=11.4821(5)A,α=β=γ=90°,结构中Sb原子连接4个O原子、2个F原子形成SbO_4F_2八面体构型,呈现+3价和+5价的混合价+4价,以致晶体呈现黑色。初步研究表明Ba_4Sb(CO_3)_4F_4在半导体方面具有潜在的应用价值。
The search for new carbonate is a very active field in modern Inorganic Materials Chemistry owing to their promising applications in photolithography,micro-machining,advanced instrument development,laser cooling.By introducing alkaline fluoride and Sb~(3+) into alkaline earth carbonates,we successfully synthesized Ba_4Sb(CO_3)_4F_4crystals.It crystallizes in the orthorhombic space group of Pbca,with a=9.0634(4) A,b=6.6731(3) A,c=11.4821(5)A,α=β=γ=90°.In the structure,Sb is coordinated with four O atoms and two F atoms to form a SbO_4F_2 octahedron and is a mixture of tervalence and pentavalence,which leads to obtaining some black crystals.Preliminary analysis indicates it may be promising to be applied in semiconductor materials.
