摘要
In order to improve Search and Rescue(SAR) response capability in planning the search mission more quickly and more efficiently,an operational optimal search effort allocation algorithm is presented adopting a heuristic search method based on the search rectangles of search units and the operational constraints which developing search plan needs to comply with in the actual Maritime Search and Rescue(MSAR) operations.The algorithmic steps for solving optimal search rectangles allocation model are proposed.At present,a decision support prototype system of MSAR is realized based on the operational optimal search rectangles allocation algorithm.The prototype system is integrated into our Maritime Search and Rescue Simulation System(MSRSS) as a simulation unit in order to improve the function of MSRSS.
