中国北方铁路站段冬季生活污水生态塘处理

摘要
为了解决我国北方铁路站段污水室外处理设施在冬季无法正常运行,导致污水难以实现污水达标排放和中水回用等问题,论文研究了冬季生态塘组合工艺实现污水脱氮除磷的特点,探讨了生态塘内多元催化介质的物化、生化作用机理,以及处理工艺系统所采取的保温、增氧等措施。研究结果表明,生活污水在生态塘内通过生物作用与介质吸附、介质催化、介质原电池反应等耦合作用,可实现COD去除80%,氨氮去除85%,总氮去除80%,总磷去除98%。冬季生活污水经此工艺处理,可达到排放和回用水质要求。
To solve the problems of difficulties in achieving effluent discharge, water reuse, and other issues due to irregular operating of outside sewage treatment facility in the northern railway station, the characteristics of ecological pond combination technology for the removal of nitrogen and phosphorus of sewage were studied. The mechanism of physicochemical and biochemical effects of the multi-media in the ecological pond and the measure of thermal insulation and oxygen adding to the ecological pond were explored. The results showed that the sewage in the ecological pond was treated through the coupling reaction of biological effect with adsorption of media, catalytic role of the media and the primary batteries role of the media to achieve 80% removal of COD, 85% removal of ammonia, 80% removal of total nitrogen, and 98%removal of total phosphorus. The treated sewage by ecological pond combination technology in the winter can achieve the water quality requirements for discharging and reusing.
