含铬革屑制备N-月桂酰基多肽表面活性剂

摘要
本文通过含铬废革屑的水解得到多肽水解液,将多肽水解液浓缩至波美度15 Be,与月桂酰氯通过肖顿鲍曼缩合反应制备N-月桂酰基复合多肽表面活性剂。通过设计单因素实验,以游离氨基转化率为实验指标,探索了缩合反应pH、反应温度、反应时间、月桂酰氯与复合多肽水解液的投料比、溶剂正己烷的用量等因素对反应体系游离氨基转化率的影响。当反应体系pH=9左右,反应温度30℃,反应时间3.5 h,月桂酰氯与游离氨基的摩尔比为1:1,正己烷与月桂酰氯体积比为2:1时,反应转化率可达到73.13%。
In this paper,the polypeptide hydrolysate was obtained by the hydrolyzation of chrome leather scraps.The concentration of the polypeptide hydrolysate was concentrated to 15 Be,which was used to reacted with lauroyl chloride by Schotten-Baumann condensation to synthesize the Nlaurel acyl group polypeptide surfactant.The influence factors on the reaction such as the pH of the condensation reaction,the condensation reaction temperature,the reaction time,the mole ratio of the lauroyl chloride and the polypeptide hydrolysate and the dosage of the solvent n-hexane were explored by using the free amino conversion rate as experimental indexes through the single factor experiment.And the optimum conditions were the pH 9,allowed to react for 3.5 h at 30 ℃,the lauroyl chloride/the polypeptide hydrolysate ratio 1:1 mol/mol,and hexane/lauroyl chloride ratio 2:1 vol/vol.under this conditions,the conversion rate could reached 73.13%.
