摘要
主要介绍了某型信号转换盒自动检测仪的设计和实现,详细论述了检测仪的硬件结构及软件设计,检测仪采用GPIB和PXI总线技术相结合,较好地实现了信号转换盒的测试,具有操作简便、系统可扩展等特点。
The design and implementation of automatic test equipment(ATS) for certain mode signal conversion box are mainly introduced.The hardware structure and software design of ATE are described in detail.ATE is implemented by GPIB and PXI bus technology,which can test the signal conversion box and has the advantages of simple operation and scalable system.
