基于PXI的机电管理系统测试设备设计

摘要
飞机机电管理系统是目前最为重要的机载机电设备,负责对其他机电系统综合监测、控制和管理。机电管理系统具有设备集成化、综合化、容错能力强等优点,但其控制管理的机电系统众多、信号数量大、逻辑关系复杂等特点也大大增加了其设计与试验验证的难度。设计了一套基于PXI总线技术的机电管理系统测试设备,构建一个机电管理系统的仿真测试环境,模拟飞机机电系统的输入输出接口、工作逻辑、告警信息并接收机电管理系统发出的控制指令,进而通过试验来验证机电管理系统对各机电系统的控制、管理功能是否正确。
Electromechanical management system is the most important aircraft electromechanical equipment at present,which is responsible for the comprehensive monitoring,control and management of other electromechanical system.Except for the advantages of high degree of integration,strong fault tolerance and so on,the characteristics of electromechanical management system,such as its large number of electromechanical system,large signal quantity and complex logic relationship,have also greatly increased the difficulty of its design and implementation.Based on PXI bus,a measurement equipment of aircraft electromechanical system is designed to construct a simulation test environment for the electromechanical management system.The measurement equipment simulates the I/O interface,working logic,alarm information and receives control commands issued by the electromechanical management system for verifying that the electromechanical management system for the electromechanical system control and management are correct.
