双线盾构隧道正交下穿既有铁路框架桥数值模拟分析

摘要
在城市地铁修建中,难免出现新建隧道下穿铁路框架桥的情况。为研究新建双线盾构隧道施工对上方既有铁路框架桥的影响,以成都地铁5号线福宁路~五块石区间盾构隧道正交下穿既有铁路框架桥工程依托,采用三维有限元数值分析方法,研究在有无列车荷载两种情况下,双线盾构隧道穿越对铁路轨面沉降、框架桥竖向位移及侧向位移影响的规律,计算结果表明:轨面最大沉降为6.73mm,框架桥竖向位移最大为4.41 mm,侧向位移最大为7.82 mm;列车荷载对轨面沉降及框架桥竖向位移有较大影响,而对侧向位移影响不大,施工中应根据列车运行情况进行全面监测和必要的参数调整;对于双线盾构隧道,先行隧道引起的沉降值小于后行隧道引起的沉降值。此研究对类似盾构隧道下穿铁路框架桥工程的实施提出了建议。
In the construction of urban subway,new shield tunnels are often undercrossing existing railway frame bridge.In order to study the influence of new shield tunnel construction on existing railway frame bridge with reference to Chengdu Metro Line 5 Funing Road Station—Wukuaishi Station tunnel,three-dimensional finite element numerical analysis has been applied in this paper.Under two conditions of the train load,the influence of double line shield tunnel construction on the settlement of railway track,and on the vertical and lateral displacement of frame bridge has been studied.The results show that:the maximum settlement of the track is 6.73 mm,the maximum vertical displacement of the frame bridge is 4.41 mm,meanwhile the maximum lateral displacement is 7.82 mm;the train load has great influence both on the settlement of the track and the vertical displacement of frame bridge,while has little effect on the lateral displacement.During the construction,monitoring should be comprehensive and the parameters should be adjusted based on the condition of train operation;as for the double line shield tunnel,the settlement induced by the construction of former tunnel is smaller than the later one.This study can provide suggestions for the construction of shield tunnel undercrossing existing railway frame bridge.
