V波段多路链式功率合成网络

摘要
本文阐述了一种V波段多路链式功率合成网络,在58GHz-62GHz的频段范围内能够实现功率合成的作用,其总的回波损耗在-20d B以下,12个端口之间的不平衡度小于0.6d B,组成背靠背结构的回波损耗小于-17.5d B,插入损耗小于1.15d B,单个的功率合成网络插入损耗不足0.6d B,对应的合成效率为87%。该12路链式功率合成网络是由5级多分支波导电桥链式功率合成器与6个E-面波导-微带双探针过渡结构连接而成。由于引入了E-面波导-微带双探针过渡结构,使体积得到了减小,重量减轻。该多路链式功率合成网络加工安装简易,性能良好,适合在V波段展开功率合成的应用。
This letter has elaborated a V band Multi channel power combining network,it can realize the function of power combining in the 58GHz-62 GHz, its return loss is below-20 d B,the imbalance of 12 outputs is less than 0.6d B.The return loss of back-to-back structure is below-17.5d B,the insert loss of it is less than1.15 d B.Single power combining network's insert loss is less than 0.6d B,which is corresponding to the effciency of 87%.The 12 way chain power combining network is made up of 5 stage multi branch waveguide bridge type power combiner and 6 E-planar waveguide microstrip double probe transition structures.Due to the insertion of Eplanar waveguide microstrip double probe transition structure,its volume gets reduction and its weight gets reduction.The Multi channel power combining network has the feature of simple processing and installation and good performance,it adapts to develop the application of power combining in V-band.
