摘要

舞钢钢轧厂生产工序的按期控制流程系统从舞钢实际生产过程出发,结合舞钢信息化建设现状,采用基于新线MES系统二次开发模式,为舞钢钢轧厂的生产管理提供了一个标准化、精细化的信息管理平台。舞钢公司精细化管理的推进必须要求对每块钢板的每个生产工序实现可控,提高钢板在中间库的处理速度进而提高钢板的入库效率。而目前MES系统不能满足公司新的管理要求需要对舞钢公司MES系统进行改造,实现中间库钢板工序处理的按期控制。
Wugang steel rolling mill production process schedule control system process starting from the actual production process of Wuyang Iron and Steel Co.,Ltd.,based on the current situation of the informatization construction of Wuyang Iron and Steel Co.Ltd,the NL MES system development model based on,production and management in the steel rolling plant of Wuyang Iron and steel Co.Ltd provides a standardized,the refinement of the information management platform.The advance of Wugang company's fine management must be required to realize the control of each production step of each steel plate,and improve the processing speed of the steel plate in the middle bank and improve the efficiency of the steel plate storage.At present,the MES system can not meet the company's new management requirements of the Wugang company MES system transformation,to achieve the middle of the process of steel plate processing control.
