摘要
目的:探讨对恶性肿瘤患者给予中医情志护理干预后,观察在缓解化疗消化系反应方面获得的效果。方法:选择我院2015年01月~2017年01月收治的104例恶性肿瘤患者作为实验对象;采用随机数表法展开恶性肿瘤患者随机分组;对照组:基础护理理念;观察组:基础护理理念+中医情志护理理念;对消化系反应出现概率展开回顾性分析。结果:观察组消化系反应出现概率(17.31%)少于对照组恶性肿瘤患者(78.85%)非常明显(P<0.05)。结论:对于恶性肿瘤患者临床开展中医情志护理干预工作,可以有效避免出现系列消化系反应的情况,进而避免消化系反应的出现,对恶性肿瘤患者的预后质量产生严重影响。
Objective:to study the patients with malignant tumor give Chinese modern after nursing intervention,to observe the effect obtained in the relieve digestive chemotherapy reaction.Methods:our hospital from January 2015 to January 2017,104 cases of patients with malignant tumor as experimental objects;Using random indicator method in malignant tumor patients randomly assigned;Control group;basic nursing concept;Observation group;basic nursing idea+modern nursing concept of traditional Chinese medicine;The digestive reaction probability were retrospectively analyzed.Results:observation group digestive reactions appear probability is less than the control group(17.31%) patients with malignant tumor(78.85%) were very significantly(P<0.05).Conclusion:for patients with malignant tumor clinical to carry out the work of modern nursing intervention of traditional Chinese medicine,can effectively avoid the series digestive reactions,and avoid the occurrence of digestive reactions,serious influence on the prognosis of patients with malignant tumor mass.
