二冲程甲烷机的氮氧化物产生机理研究

摘要
LNG作为清洁能源在船舶上已经应用。受限于加注设施,LNG燃料的船舶普及度不高。随着对船舶大气污染的限制日趋严格,LNG被认为是未来船舶的主要燃料,因此新造船舶通常按照LNG-Ready的理念进行建造。使用LNG燃料能够消除硫氧化物,减少氮氧化物和颗粒的排放。本文使用CHEMKIN软件研究二冲程甲烷机的燃烧过程,研究二冲程甲烷机燃烧过程中温度、压力、产物分布、喷油定时、气阀定时和曲柄转角的关系,明确二冲程甲烷机内氮氧化物的产生机理。建立功率、燃料消耗率和氮氧化物排放的对应关系,为调整二冲程甲烷机的燃烧参数提供理论依据。
LNG as a clean energy has been used in ships. Limited to filling facilities, LNG is not main fuel right now. With increasingly stringent regulations of ship air pollution, LNG is considered the future of the ship's main fuel, and therefore new ships are usually constructed in accordance with the LNG-Ready concept. By using LNG fuel, sulfur oxides can be eliminated, nitrogen oxides and particulates are reduced as well. In this paper, the CHEMKIN software was used to research the combustion process of two-stoke methane engine, the relationship among combustion temperature, pressure, product distribution, fuel timing, valve timing and crank angle. The production mechanism of NOx in two stoke methane engine was investigated, which will provide a theoretical basis for adjusting the combustion parameters in two-stroke methane engine.
