低热硅酸盐水泥在白鹤滩导流洞工程中的应用

摘要
比较研究了低热、中热硅酸盐水泥对导流洞混凝土的工作性能、强度、干缩、自生体积变形等性能的影响,结果表明:与中热硅酸盐水泥混凝土相比,低热硅酸盐水泥混凝土前期强度较低,后期强度增长较快,90d强度基本相同;水化热及绝热温升低;同一龄期下,低热硅酸盐水泥混凝土干缩和自生体积变形均较低;混凝土裂缝数量大幅度减少。对导流洞混凝土性能的抽检,验证了低热硅酸盐水泥在导流洞工程中的成功应用。
Compared the influence of low-heat Portland cement concrete(LHC) with moderate-heat Portland cement concrete(MHC) on the properties of diversion tunnel concrete,such as the workability,strength,drying shrinkage,self volume deformation.Results showed:relative to MHC,LHC showed lower 7d strength in early days,but later strength increased rapidly,and its strength is basically the same of 90d;LHC showed lower drying shrinkage and self volume deformation at the same age.Through random inspection the properties of diversion tunnel concrete,proved LHC had successfully applied in diversion tunnel
