傅里叶变换红外光谱仪的振动影响研究

摘要
为了掌握振动环境对傅里叶变换红外光谱仪的性能影响,分别通过理论推导和仿真试验对其进行了定量化的分析。详细解析了振动幅度、频率、相位对不同频率谱线的影响。理论分析及仿真试验均得出了一致的结果,验证了所提分析方法的有效性。本文为傅里叶变换红外光谱仪受振动影响时的性能预估提供了强有力的依据。
In order to find out the influence of environmental vibration on Fourier transform infrared spectrometers, quantified analyses are presented here through theoretic derivation and simulated experiments. A thorough analysis about how the vibration amplitude, frequency and phase influence the spectrum at different wave numbers is provided in the paper. Consistent results are derived using theoretic analysis and simulation. Our work could provide a strong basis for performance prediction of Fourier transform infrared spectrometers influenced by vibration.
