高敏C反应蛋白参考值的地理分布规律

摘要
目的揭示我国健康成年人高敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)参考值与地理环境的关系,为制定该参考值的统一标准提供更全面的科学依据。方法收集了84个市(县)8 350例健康成年的高敏C反应蛋白参考值,应用SPSS21.0软件对其与25项地理指标进行相关分析;选取其中存在显著相关性的地理指标分别进行岭回归分析和支持向量回归机分析;建立模型预测出全国2 322个观测点健康成年人的hs-CRP参考值。最后用ArcGIS软件进行地统计分析,采取析取克里格插值法绘制中国健康成年人高敏C反应蛋白参考值地理分布图。结果中国健康成年人的hs-CRP参考值与海拔高度、年平均相对湿度、年平均降水量、气温年较差、年平均风速5项地理指标存在显著相关关系。经对比分析,支持向量回归机模型具有更好的模拟和预测性能。结论受区域环境的影响,我国健康成年人hs-CRP参考值的地理分布规律可概括为北高南低,西高东低,从西北到东南递减。
