摘要
本文主要介绍了采用新工艺提高钛铁回收率的工艺试验,通过对强化电炉炉后预脱氧,缩短精炼炉精炼时间,降低精炼末期氧含量,提高钛铁回收率,节约钛合金使用量,达到降本增效的目的。
A new technology was introduced to enhance the recovery of ferrotitanium through processing test.The methods of carrying out preliminary deoxidization behind electric furnace,shortening the refining time during LF period,reducing the oxygen content at the end of LF period,enhancing the recovery of ferrotitanium,and saving the usage of ferrotitanium,are adopted to achieve the target of cost-saving and profit-increasing.
