7个澳洲坚果品种的授粉组合选配与自花结实性研究

摘要
以‘951’、‘D4’、‘O.C’、‘900’、‘816’、‘842’、‘863’等为试材,对各品种进行花粉萌发、异花授粉及自花结实的试验,结果表明:7个品种的花粉萌发率低(5.22-22.66%),败育率较高。7个品种的自花结实率(0.00-0.06%)低,与花粉萌发率没有显著相关性,生产上需要配置授粉树。从本试验坐果率看,品种‘842’与‘863’、‘O.C’,‘O.C’与‘951’、‘D4’与‘900’正反交亲和性高,初步推荐互为授粉树。品种‘842’与‘816’正交亲和性高,‘816’可初步推荐为‘842’的授粉树。
Taking Macadamia spp cultivars ‘951',‘D4',‘O.C',‘900',‘816', ‘842', ‘863'as test material for studying their Pollen sprout rate and examining their suit-ability for cross pollination and self-fertile ability. The results showed that Pollen sprout rate of 7 cultivars were low(5.22-22.66%), Pollen sterility rate was higher. Self setting rate of them were lower(0.00-0.06%) and not significantly associated with pollen sprout rate, the production needs to configure the pollination tree.From fruit set rate, cultivars‘842' and ‘863', ‘O.C', ‘O.C' and ‘951', ‘D4'and ‘900',there were all high affinity in reciprocal cross, and they were recommended as reciprocal pollinizers. There were higher orthogonal affinity in cultivars‘842' and ‘816', ‘816' were recommended as pollinizer of ‘842'.
