养殖水体磷素转化菌种筛选与应用效果初步探讨

摘要
利用选择性培养基,以Ca_3(PO_4)_2和卵磷脂分别作为无机磷培养基和有机磷培养基的唯一磷源,从土壤中分离筛选出2株菌株。形体特征为,淡黄色,短杆,产芽孢和青黑色,短杆。溶磷结果测试表明:经24小时的液体摇床培养,以Ca_3(PO_4)_2作为唯一磷源的培养液中,可溶性磷的含量达到14.87mg/l和13.71mg/l。将两种菌发酵培养48小时,按芽孢杆菌:杆菌=1:2的比例混合后,应用于养殖水体。结果水体的亚硝酸盐含量由0.016mg/l下降为0.0038mg/l;氨氮含量由0.43下降为0.048mg/l;而活性磷的含量变化呈现先升高后下降再升高的趋势,总磷的含量变化呈现先升高后下降的趋势。结果表明解磷细菌能促进水体中难溶性磷酸盐转变为植物可吸收利用的活性磷。
Using Ca_3(PO_4)_2 and lecithin as the only source of phosphorus on selective inorganic phosphorus media and organic phosphorus media respectively, isolated and screened 2phosphate-solubilizing bacterial strains from the soil. The characteristics are pale yellow, short rod,spore production and young black, short rod. The test results of Soluble phosphorus show that:after 24 hours incubation with the inoculum, using Ca_3(PO_4)_2 as the only source of phosphorus,available phosphorus reached 14.87 mg/l and 13.71 mg/l respectively. After 48 hours fermentation cultivation of phosphate-solubilizing bacterial strains, with mixture of the bacillales: bacillus=1:2,applied to aquaculture water. The results show that the nitrite contention fell from 0.016mg/l to0.0038 mg/l; Ammonia nitrogen contention fell from 0.43mg/l to 0.048 mg/l; And trend of active phosphorus contention from rise to decline and to rise again, the total phosphorus contention showed a trend from rise to decline.The results showed that the phosphate-solubilizing bacteria can transform unsoluble phosphate into available forms which plants can absorb in aquaculture water
