摘要

本试验对一株鱼源致病菌进行了16SrDNA的鉴定、6种毒力基因的PCR检测、溶血素和4种胞外酶的定性分析以及半致死浓度测定和药敏试验。结果表明该菌为蜡样芽孢杆菌,携带与腹泻毒素相关的溶血素BL基因(hblC)、肠毒素T基因(bceT)、细胞毒素K基因(CytK)、多效调控因子(plcR)、非溶血性毒素(nheA)5种毒力基因,不含呕吐基因(ces);该菌含溶血素、蛋白酶、淀粉酶、脂肪酶、尿素酶胞外酶;其斑马鱼24h、48h和96h的LD50分别为为2.92×10~8 CFU/mL、2.10×10~8 CFU/mL、和2.70×10~8 CFU/mL。药敏试验结果表明:该菌对庆大霉素等15种药物敏感。
A strain pathogenic bacterium from fish was identified by 16 SrDNA, 6 kinds of virulence geneweredetectedby RT-PCR as well as extracellulase activity, hemolytic activity and lethal concentrat were tested and drug susceptibility was tested by Kirby-Bauer method. The results showed that the strain of bacterium was identified as Bacillus cereuswhichcarried with virulencegenes of hemolysin(hblC),enterotoxin(bceT), cytotoxin(CytK), pleiotropic regulator(plcR), non hemolytic toxin(nheA) and withoutcereulide(ces).Its extracellulaseof activityhemolysin, proteinase, diastase, lipase and urease had beentested. LD50 of 24h,48 h and 96 h was2.92×10~8 CFU/mL, 2.10×10~8 CFU/mL and 2.70×10~8 CFU/mLchallengeg by zebra fish,respectively.Drug susceptibility testing showed that the strain ofbacterium was sensitive to 15 kinds drugs.
